The last few weeks are torture on your body. As baby descends ready to be born you will a lot more pressure within your pelvis which can make you want to wee more & you'll feel more like you're waddling along rather than walking. Braxton Hicks will start to get stronger & will occur more often as you get closer to labour.
With my youngest I was in early labour for 10days before I hit established labour & she was finally born. Contractions will come on a regular basis & won't be eased/stop when you move about (Braxton Hicks will) & you may also have a 'show' (your mucus plug coming away) & you'll slowly start to dilate. HTH. Best wishes.
