    hi ladies

just wondering if any of you have had a mobile epidural? i'm 30+2 now and starting to panic about giving birth and the pain that comes with it, at first i was against having an epidural because it freaked me out not being able to move my legs however i've heard the mobile ones are just as good and you remain fully mobile throughout so your comments would be appreciated as we're doing birth plan next week with midwife!

Thanks ladies and congrats to you all on your new arrivals!

i had a mobile one and yes u can still feel your legs but u cant walk abt as you are wired up to a drip and monitor so the name really doesnt say much for it as its not mobile, but it was fantasic and is well worth thinking about x

Hi I had my son 10 years ago and was part of the trial for the mobile one and although initially you can walk eventually you are too tired and you dont have much feeling or control my OH had to help me back to the bed before I fell as i became very week, althought the pain relief was great just dont expect to be overly mobile as the other ladies said.
