Labour & birth

We're intrigued to hear that more and more women are choosing not only to film their labour and the moment of their baby's birth but also to post the footage on YouTube, for the whole world to see!
And we'd love to know what you all think of this new YouTube 'thang'.
Do you like the idea? Would you find it fascinating/uplifting/amazing to watch someone else give birth? Or do you think it's all a bit showy-offy? Or too gory/scary/weird?
And if you're pregnant – or hoping you'll be pregnant soon – would you consider putting the film of your labour up on YouTube? Would you find it affirming and wonderful? Or do you think it's something best kept private or between close friends and family?
Please do let us know what you think by adding a post to this discussion thread. We'd be so interested to know!

No, No, Nooooooooo! Not for me! Each to their own (my God are these women brave!). As much as birth is an amazing act..I would not want to put my experiences (or myself& my baby) at the mercy of whoever may be watching, especially on a site like Youtube. You have no idea what kind of trolls, weirdos or fetishist are watching and what they may do with your video/clip. I would not want the memories of the birth of my Children to be tainted by the possible nastiness of others.
