hello im just having a bit of trouble introducing textures to my son and i was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and any solutions they mite have had? at the moment when i try to feed him textures, and he gags a bit, he sometimes brings his dinners up 
someone suggested i try him on some bread and he gagged and threw up. i kno that gagging is gonna happen but its happenin to a point where he brings his dinner up a few times now......anyone any help? suggestions?
