i had my boy in june '07 and despite my efforts, i cant seem to get my tum back in shape. i was a size 10-ish  before the baby and i got as big as an 18. Now i'm a size 14 more ofen than not. it's so depressing. diets, spas, exercise dnt seem to be working when i try so i end up stopping. i like my old figure and at least need this tum to go away. i'm not keen on a new baby till i know how to permanently sort this out.  My advice to new moms or moms to be is to be cery fit before pregnancy so they can keep up while pregnant esp if u ve d tendency to be fat.,

Anyone with advice on what I can do?

Hi Temi

I no the feeling,i wa a size 10-12 b4 riley and shot up to a 20+(i had a 51inch waist)rileys now 4 and its taken me this long to get back down to a size 14-16,i still have a bit of a tum but hoping that now my muscels are better than they were i can do a few extra sit ups. I had been taking reductil for the weight loss for just over a yr and am now of them so going it alone so i no i have to work harder at it.

All the best to you and hope you achieve your goal.

Emma

I used to be a size 10,before children.I 'm sometimes a size 18 in between babies.I did get really good after number three, bought an exercise video and did the exercise everyday, also simply calorie counting helped a lot, just off the packets.I lost about two stone and was about 12-14 by the time she was 8 months.I hope to repeat that after this one.Exercise can work if you have the time and once you start seeing results it gives you the incentive to keep at it.Saying that, the closest thing I got to exercise since I had the last three is buying a Davina McCall DVD and taking the wrapper off.

I hope you achieve your goal,I certainly intend to try harder next time cos I can remember how good it felt when it worked.
