The Equality and Human Rights Commission has launched an initiative called Working Better, which is about how parents organise work and caring and what can be done to make life easier.
The Commission is asking parents to have their say in the debate - the results of which will be presented to politicians and policy makers in the autumn. Hopefully, a whole new regime to support work/life balance will result.
