What about baked potatoes, Cameron loves them.

Once the potatoes cooked, cut them in half and scoop out the potato. Mix with butter, a little bit of milk, cheese, cooked veg like cauliflower and broccoli and a chopped tomato. Put it all back in the potato skin and sprinkle some grated cheese on top and pop under the grill until the cheese melts. They're yummy!!

Oh great, you'll have to let me know what he thinks!! It's a good way to get veg into them without them realising

A friend from school's mum used to make baked spuds like that and always mixed in corned beef. They were fab. I wouldn't eat them now as i am a veggie, but i used to love going there for tea!! They were a WW special recipe!!

Mix sweetcorn and cheese with the potato, that is an amazing mix! My comfort food!!

I'm going to try your jacket spud Dawn, they sound delicious!!!!!

Emma, how about trying a rosti.

Do you make your own chips and bake them? If so they are a very healthy way of eating spuds. You just give them a very light spray of fry light.

I love the roast potato idea, i'm going to do a version for amber! We make all ambers chips so they're not too unhealthy but she can't really have bought ones anyway!

Dawn those spuds sound really nice. My mum used to make them like that with cheese and grill them but she never put veg in them. These are all ideas i will be keeping for Hollie.

I too love mashed potato and cheese, mam used to mash potato with grated cheese pop it all in a dish, sprinkle some more cheese on the top and put it in the oven. That was delicious.
