Hi Vicky, welcome to PP. my youngest Luka is not a great drinker, it does worry me as I wish he would drink more water or juice but he just won't. I've tried every cup under the sun and it makes no difference!! I don't think they will let themselves get thirsty. Is he still have milk too between meals? Luka has pretty much stopped his mid morning bottles but usually has 4/6oz mid afternoon. I know he's not dehydrated as his nappies are wet and he doesn't get constipated. Just keep perservering!

Cameron was exactly the same, he would scream as soon as he saw the cup coming towards him!! My hv always told me he would drink if he was thirsty and just to persevere and be patient!
It felt like i'd bought every cup out there, but he now uses the tommee tippee tip it up cups and absolutely loves them. He still doesn't drink as much as i'd like, but at least he drinks happily!!

Cameron's the same, he won't touch another cup!!
We've only broken one spout and that was my fault, i stuck the teat brush straight through it!

We have 10 water cups as Katelin likes to have a few on the go at any one time, and is forever handing me another to fill up. They are all different, and she likes them all.
She drinks loads.

Hollie wouldnt drink anything out of a beaker either, but bank holiday in may we were out at a show and it was really hot. So she had to drink or she wouldnt get anything else and she drunk loads. Then she went though a phase of refusing water, but now she is only allowed water as i found juice filled her up too much.

We use this cup now, and i found it great as we were able to remove the valve to make it free flowing when she first learned to drink. And now we use it with the valve. Only thing is the spout is soft and so has stained orange with food that she eats. Anyone know what i can use to remove it?

Bronwyn drinks loads but doesn't like her sippy cup. She has water or very weak juice from her bottle. She will keep drinking bottle after bottle if i let her! She likes me to leave a bottle on the floor so that she can help herself!
