well so far so good for me. I think pregnancy agrees with me. You will have your. Hands full when you give birth but I bet it will be a fab feeling cnsidering you had to have Ivf for the first two. What a surprise eh? Well my hubby and I only started trying last month and here we are already. LOL its such a great feeling cause I spent the last two years really unwell with psychotic depression and anxiety. I can finally come off my pills and feel well.

Hi Melanie,

thanks for your message, how's your third pregnancy going? do you know what you're having?

am definitely finding this pregnancy more tiring than the first as I was a student the first time round and now I'm working full time. My husband looks after our two year old full time and am very well looked after as he does all the cooking too! so I guess I'm more of the daddy in our relationship!

how do you get the ltitle timeline up on your messages?

cool, have found it! can't believe i have 236 days to go - that seems like forever! any preferences for boy or girl, am guessing maybe girl after two boys.. but maybe you're going for a football team looks like you've been on this site a while, any tips? how do your boys get on with each other? not sure ben's going to like having to compete for attention..

hello jools,

i'm samiha from egypt and i just found out that i'm pregnant, 2nd time round. my baby is hopefully due in march 09 as well and i'm really excited although i'm wondering how hectic it will be with seif, my son around. he's crawling and cruising all around the house and i'm just following him all day.

anyway, i'm peeing alot too (that feeling that your bladder is constantly full although it's not, it's just the uterus pushing against it) but hopefully that will stop too.

we can definitely compare pregnancies and i hope to offer any help since its my second time around.

samiha

hey samiha - congratulations! you're brave having another one so close to your 10 month old, my little boy has just turned two and my second one is due in March too! i'm not peeing all that much, not like at the end of pregnancy when things are really squished, but feeling quite queasy most days..

Melanie - the girl cats idea made me laugh!! hadn't thought of that one! we'd love to have a little girl too, but it would also be lovely for ben to have a little brother too, and i think as long as they're healthy it doesn't matter. As Ben's only just turned two I'm not sure he would understand I'm having another baby, especially as my tummy's not got a bump yet, also, I think he's way too impatient to wait a whole 8 months more to meet his new brother and sister, so we probably won't tell him for a while yet.. what do you think? have you told your boys your pregnant?

Hi I am also new and pregnant for the second time (due March 09) Have already had two scans in an Early Pregnancy Clinic so it is feeling more real now.  Went into shock for the first week.  My son is two and just wondering how you all cope with having children and being pregnant cos I am struggling with the tiredness/sickness at the mo x

hey lisa

how are things going with your second pregnancy? i think it's much harder second time round cos you have to look after a little person and not just yourself.. i'm finding it a lot harder as working full time and feeling nauseous all day. any tips on nausea?

have you got your 12 week scan coming up? that's something to look forward to

Hi Lucy and Melanie,

Yeah I'm working too Lucy so juggling a 3 year old, work, commuting and feeling like crap is probably why I am finding this pregnancy harder work. My nausea is from about 3pm til 11pm oddly so I am trying to eat a big breakfast and lunch then in the evening I just graze on water, the odd bit of toast or oatcakes/ crackers and try to eat something dry and light every hour to stop me being sick. So far thats working best for me. Ice lollies are good too - fruity ones when I am feeling nauseous. Tried all the ginger stuff and it just made me feel worse!

I bled from about 6-8 weeks so had an early scan & was monitored by early assessment unit then so I know all is well from that but I get my next scan on 28th July so that'll be much more clear - less like a miniscule shrimp hopefully lol
