Zoe decided to cut her own hair today! She moved her little chair in her bedroom to climb up to get the finger nail scissors from the top shelf of her cupboard and gave herself a re-style. Needless to say I was horrified!

Well luckily it seems she has taken a bit from all over but there seemed to be loads on the floor! The funny thing is I wanted to trim her fringe the other day and she would'nt let me so I said I'd book her in to go to the hairdressers. I have warned her if she cuts her ownhair again she may end up looking like Ethan and that seems to have got her worried!

Oh dear, at least it was only her hair that she cut and it will grow again!

I have to confess, when I was about four I cut my brothers hair as we were playing vets!! I was the vet and my younger brother was a dog needing a hair cut. My mum went mad. Like Simone says, at least it will grow back, it's not a permanent thing!!

bless her, ive heard so many times about children cutting their own, or others hairs.
When I was working at the nursery, it was scissor control time in the preschool, and two of the kids went off to the home corner, (one had taken a pair of scissors) and gave the other child a hair cut. It used to be rather long, but it was so ragedly cut that the mum had to have it completel cut short and restyled by a hairdresser.

Oh well, hopefully Zoe wont do it again, but its certainly given me something to think about with Niamh.

Take care
Kas xx

Both Zoe and I are having our haircut at the hairdressers tomorrow. Hers will be more of a salvage operation.

One of the little girls at the school where i work gave herself a haircut, she had the most beautiful long blonde hair and then she came in one morning and it honestly looked like she'd been attacked with a pair of garden shears!!!!!!

Have fun at the hairdressers, i desperately need to get mine cut before Cameron pulls it all out!!

Well Zoe had a great time at the hairdressers - she loved every minute of it! She's going to be a right little pamper princess when she is older. The hairdresser did say she has seen alot worse but showed me the sections where she had cut chunks out of it! Let it be a lesson to you all - never leave your scissors out even where you think they probably can't get them!
