    Hi Laujai,

I realy hope you dont mind me getting in touch but i was wondering if the offer of you talking me through the tests for recurrent MC?
I did go back to the gp to talk it though but she was very dismissive & realy unhelpful which suprised me as she is usualy so good. She said that my consultant would definately not investigate until id had another MC. Its another 3 weeksuntil my appointment & it feels like waiting forever.
Things are dreadful at the mo, OH's Job is hanging in the balance & he is very depressed so im coping on my own. There is no point in trying at the mo as OH has no intrest in BD, which is having a knock on effect with my confidence too.

Thanks again hun & i hope you are well,i know you are going through a very difficult time yourself.

    Hi Princess

Im sorry I missed this, havent been on much lately but saw your msg on Twinkles thread.

Of course I dont mind hun.

We got referred to gynae recurrant mc clinic after 3rd mc.

On our 1st appt we discussed medical history, cycles & the mc when they occured.

I had an internal & the cons arranged for my partner & I to have Kartotype bloods which check for genetic problems these take up to 6-8 wks to come back as they have to culture the blood.

I then had to wait for a proper AF to have CD2-5 bloods done which check for various things. I havent got the form any longer as have had these done but off the top of my head they were to check LH, progesterone, FSH, thyroid, natural killer celss & sticky blood. I have got a website that lists all the tests we have had done so will find it & post it for you. When we go back on Tues he will arrange for an ultrasound & possibly a hysteroscopy to get a better look at my uterus, I may also have to have another lap but this is as I have a history of endo so hoping it doesnt come to that.

He did say on the initial appt that he couldnt comment yet wether he felt there was a underlying problem as all tests could come back clear meaning it was just one of thos ethings.

I understand partly the pressure you are feeling hun I was made redundant earlier in the year & my partner has been made redundant from his position & had to take a lower paid job in the company. We decided to have a break from ttc whilst having the tests done & it has done us the world of good I think physically & emotionally my body has has a bit of a rest from the stress & being pg 3 times in 12 months!! & I have had time to come to terms with our losses & feel in a much better place. I know at the time a break feels like your taking a step back & further away from the goal but in the long run for us it has helped & the time has flown by.

I would def speak to your cons about maybe running the blood tests at last for peace of mind.

if you need anything else then let me know hun. Heres that webpage I looked at this before the appt & basically every test listed on this page is what we have had/having.
