Hi, sorry to hear of your suffering. People will deal with their loss in different ways & not having understanding support from friends/family can make the weight of that loss feel even heavier.
I agree with LouLouBelle in that talking through things with a health professional might be your way forward. You can openly discuss with them your previous experience of pregnancy, what happened & why it may have occured/chances of it reoccuring, your concerns over current conditions & how they may impact on your health/conceiving, what you can expect with future pregnancies (birth options/consultant support/health checks/etc...) Getting answers to your questions will help you feel more comfortable & reassure you of your options ahead. Best wishes & good luck.

i'm sorry to hear those closest to you are the one's you feel you cannot go to. i'm glad for you that there are places like this forum where you can express your feelings. you may not know all on here, but you can find some support.
i have a secret fear that i may be predisposed to this, it has happened in my family....my mom had no problems, but can it skip generations? can one be predisposed?
these are questions i don't have answers to...it may be i'm being paranoid, but if you don't ask, you won't know. right?
i hope you find the help you want from a councillor. you do what you have to do, ask what you have to ask to help yourself. you can take it, with help, and one day you will be one of the success stories! all the best!

i'm sure the councillor will help you. i am also glad to have found this site.
make sure when you're there you say everything! don't hold back, as they cannot help if they don't have all of the information. i'm sorry to hear that you've had so much more to deal with, it never seems fair, does it?
as far as my fears, i'm sure you're right, and i don't have it. but i tend towards paranoia, about everything! drives the hubby crazy! please do take advantage of having someone to talk to. make that call! we want an update please.

Well done jones.vanessa. That is such a positive step, you are taking control of your emotional future and how to cope with not only the ectopic you have experienced but also the lack of support you get from family. I wish you all the luck in the world.
