Crap week last week. So crap its unbelievable! Bad headdache, screaming son, very tired did not make for good dieting or excercise. the apples did not get eaten!

This week is going to be me starting over.

Excercise in mornings (its not much but its good for my shoulders and makes Cole laugh)
    Walk pretty much every day
    No snacky in the morning
No diet coke in the morning
Try no snacky in the evening - but pudding after tea is allowed so long as its mostly yoghurt

I have my physio appt for my knee on Friday.. have to see what they say about sorting it out..it'd be nice to be able to do excercise dvd at some point..not sure when.

I like the desp housewives wine rule! It's a must!

My week's been good and bad, but needs to even out.
I will open the dvd with full intent to use the bugger!
Eat properly (tiramisu pots banned, fruit every day)
    Walk when nice.

We can do it! Hunibuni - need to buy a new cossie, let alone wear it, that'll be traumatic enough!

It must have been the week for bad weeks! Not only have I had a bad week as far as my diet goes generally its been a pretty crap week! I feel like I'm due on but I've already had 2 periods since Bryn was born and the last one was only a couple of weeks ago!

    Anyway this week: -
I am not going to eat inbetween meals unless its fruit
I'm going to do some form of exercise every day
I'm going to give myself smaller portions (I don't need as much as Dave) and I'm not going to go back for more!

Think that does it for now.

    Have fun everyone x

Crap week for me too! I ate soooooo much chocy. Good news is it's all gone now. It's been a bad week in terms of getting sleep too, lo has been very restless in the night, so when I've got up in the morning have been reaching for the chocolate (yesterday had a hot chocolate and two flakes for breakfast - ekk!) The thing is I think it's made me even more tired - giving me a sugar rush and then crashing. I was dreading stepping on the scales but by some miracle I have not put any weight on I'm the same as last week. So have lost 4lbs in 3 weeks, still got 10lbs to go to reach target (although I want to lose another 4/6lbs on top of that when I stop bf too). Taking the lo swimming this afternoon so I have to get back into my cossie - oh dear! Worst part is I might well end up seeing children I have taught and their parents.

This week I hope to get back on track:

    - Toast for breakfast
    - No (or very limited) chocolate
    - Lots of fruit juices
    - 100 sit up & leg raises a day. 50 arm dips (only managed to do it 3 days last week)

I also plan on trying to make my self better in other ways this week to give me a boost:

    - High light hair (diy at home, hairdresser too much)
    - Epilate (sp?) my legs (pref before I go swimming in 2 hours!)
    - Rub in anticelulite gel to tops of legs (have used before it does actually help if you do it once/twice a day for 8 weeks)
    - Use johnsons holiday skin light self tan
    - Put on a face pack (skin looks very red and blotchy due to lack of sleep and too much chocy)

Hopefully these things will help me feel better about my body and spur me on to loose more weight and tone up.

Don't think I'll be able to be that good and limit the vino, but will tey to cut down.

    V.bad week for me too.
Managed to put on 3lbs????, so total weight loss over 3 weeks is just 3lbs
Trying not to get too down about it but very hard as due on this week, which might account for weight gain (very bloated tummy).

Anyway, this week has started well as been for 2 walks today already.
    Plan to:
Walk at least 3 times a week for 1 hour each time
    Do exercise DVD twice
    No chocolate
No alcohol on a week night (Fri/Sat only)

Going away with skinny minny best friend and her husband and little boy in 6 weeks, so desperate to lose another 10lbs before then!!!

    WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like it was bad weeks all round! Heres to this week being better!

I've been good when I was meant to today but I did eat a lot of choc chip cookies this afternoon!

El - I like the idea of doing stuff to make you feel better.. think I might have to try the anticellulite cream if it actually works!!

I was fairly good for half of last week, bought some cottage cheese and had that with toast for my lunch with some salad, then tried to cook healthier teas in the evening for when my hubby got home. I even refrained from buying the yummy looking biscuits when we did our weekend shop, and left the chocolate well alone. But it all went down hill last night when I found myself making chocolate buns in the kitchen at 9pm!! Made about 30 and scoffed 3 as soon as they were cool enough! The guilt soon caught up with me though so I put the rest into freezer bags and shoved them in the freezer ... well except for the couple that are sitting next to the oven! I have no will power!
Looks like the snow is finally going again over here so I should be able to get out with the pushchair once the roads are clear. Should have gone swimming yesterday but had problems with the car and it took so long to sort it out at the garage that we didn't get chance to go swimming.

So my plan for this week is:-

    - go out at least once with the pushchair.
    - do Davinas work out at least once
    - step away from the choc buns
    - go swimming at the weekend with Bren

Haven't dared weigh myself since getting back from the UK so maybe thats something else I should do to motivate myself!

    Good luck everyone! xx

Full of cold today and I have woken up with no will power at all so I'm doing anything to avoid the kitchen! Will have to try and get out despite feeling rubbish - its lovely and sunny so I don't have much of an excuse for not doing something with los....

Ali - I love the new pic - Gracie is gorgeous - really must upload a new one of Bryn - I've got a great b/w one but it looks very like Bren's pic! x

lol - Liz that's exactly what I do! I love cake and if there's no chocy in the house I can often be found baking at 9/10pm. Trying to be good this week had a good day yesterday. Ate toast and stir fry. But I have been baking this morning - choc buns too! But it's only because we are visiting friends today and tom and I plan on taking them with me.

Ali - is the DVD out of the wrapper yet?

Em - chocolate def allowed if unwell.

And I'm so awful at all things techy (and my computer is 7 years old) it will never let me upload any photos, says they're too big any hints?

El if you have any photo editing software then you need to go into it and look for something that will allow you to reduce the size. Think it has to be no more than 95x95 pixels. Most of the time you have the option to reduce size by cm/mm or by pixels.

Not sure if that helps! Let me know what software you have and I may be able to give better instructions! x

    Mmm cake!
We had pizza for tea but its our 2 year anniversary so we are allowed! I was good today when I was meant to be and I've added leg raises to my morning bit of excercise (thanks for the idea El!)

My knee hurts tonight so dunno how much walking I'll do tomorrow if it hurts still..might go to asda instead.. physio appointment is on Friday ... annoyingly hubbys stupid work had booked him on a course on Friday (he had swapped his days off) and its probably important for him to go so I'm having to leave Cole for the first time.. not with my mum (hope she doesn't find out!) but with my friend so he'll be fine. my friend has a new term for certain mums... grandmazilla! lol! That definately describes my mother!

I think pizzas allowed on a special occasion Kia! Hope you get on ok at physio on friday.

Had a good day yesterday (pity about the evening!) Used my stepper in the morning then I text hubby to see if he could get off work (which I didn't think he could but thought I would ask anyway) and he came home at lunch time.... we went for a lovely walk around the local reservoir which is about 3.5 miles - Fee really impressed me as she walked nearly the whole way round without complaining (daddy carried her for the last half a mile)... Felt really good to get out (depite the mist that rolled in) ... But on the way home we couldn't resist the chip shop - only had a kids portion which I shared with Fee but nowhere near as healthy as the chicken salad I'd planned but we've got that tonight.

I'm not doing too badly this wk after my disasterous last wk. Doing exercises and trying to cut out the snacking. But going out for lunch with my mum now and for an Indian with hubby tonight - ekk! Better make lunch a salad, but can I resist the pizza? Had a sneaky go on the scales this morning and have lost another 1lb abd not only that I just seem to look so much smaller around the tummy area, Think those sit ups are really starting to pay off and stuck everything back in!

Bloody hell El, I knew there was something i was supposed to do this week.... but no, it's still in it's shiny coat - oops!
Been so busy, it's the Spring Exhibition at my school today and as I'm now a parent there, last night was spent decorating a choccy egg to look like Humpty, sat on a wall (Domino's chick combo box worked a treat!)and making a miniature garden with Charlie (and my dad, cos he's got loads plants!). I'm going there soon to see an old work colleague who's taken her 2 kids in so we'll prob end up eating the cakes i spied in the staffroom this morning!
Will try my very best to get the dvd out tomorrow.....
Everyone else seems to be being good mostly so i need to kick my ass big time!
