well dd has been a madam with her teatime bottle taking half an hour to drink 40-50ml (1 1/2oz) so decided to try dropping that bottle yesterday. there was no problem with her being hungry or less satisfied and still had supper at her normal time. she even suprised me at supper time by drinking 2oz extra than she normally does.so today i introduced her to a cup. and after just trying her once she can now hold it by the handles and can get it to her mouth first time. she just isnt quite strong enough to tip it up to drink from it alone and needs a little assistance.she managed to drink a little water from the cup, not loads but a little.

Well done ! I tried Amber with a sippy cup and she'll hold the handles, but then either pours the water all down her front, or pours a little in her mouth and then spits it all out! Grrrr xx

Well done!SKye has been trying to use a Nuby cup for the last week or so now. She can get it in her mouth okay but can't tip it up yet either. Only problem is she is not remotely interested in the water in the flipping cup!! They are growing up so fast...x
