    ...... some sympathy!

Have been awake most of the night with stomach ache which finally ending in me throwing my guts up at 6.30am. Have a banging head and when I walk the floor is coming up to meet me. Am all by myself with Dylan and just want to curl up and go to sleep!

Feel so sorry for him as I am not being the best Mummy today. Am hoping it's something I ate and not a virus that I'm going to pass on to him!

aaw bless you! are you starving it out? probs the best thing to do. try and have a cuddly day and encourage Dylan to sleep- in your bed if necessary! have you got anyone who can come round and look after him while you get some rest?
hope you feel better later today- hugs!

i had that last weekend. it was after a night out but i knew it wasnt a hangover like people kept telling me. it start more than 24 after drinking, couldnt even keep water down for 9 hours. it then pasted but i felt like crap all day sunday, with no energy, felt weak and light headed.

then on thursday dh came home from work at lunchtime with the same bug, so it def wasnt a hang over.

make sure you sleep as much as poss when dylan is sleeping, then hand the house over to oh when he gets home.

good news its 1 day of puking, 1 day of feeling crap then your back to normal. i just find that i stil cant eat much in one go.

Yes, am on a strictly water diet today! Don't have anyone to come round, but am ok as long as I don't walk about too much - it's reminding me how bad the first 16 weeks of pregnancy were!

Dylan is being really good although I think he's wondering why a) he hasn't been washed and dressed yet and b) why he's on the sofa with a blanket on him rather than being upstairs in bed for his morning nap!

Thanks for the sympathy! Am enjoying feeling thoroughly sorry for myself!
