well dd technically just turned 5 months on the 30th may and has been trying to roll for ages but getting stuck on her side. she has been sleeping on her side now for weeks. but.....this morning i found her fast asleep in her cot at 9am (lazy cow) on her belly. yay!!!!!!!we heard a little cry at 2 and 5 this morning but it was only for a few seconds and she went back to sleep on her own so we didnt go in. must have happened at one of those times. bless her. she was not a happy bunny when she did wake up and realised that she was on her stomach cos she hates it.cant believe she did it at night, so i wasnt there to see it or to see the look on her face when she did it.

LOL - well done! - Amber is the same - sleeps on her side and hates her front. Unfortunately, when she rolls onto her front in her sleep, she cries and cries when she wakes up and realises. I keep trying to show her how to roll front to back, but she's stubbornly refusing!

Rachel's strange, she'll only roll ONTO her back from her tummy. She'll go onto her side, but refuses to go any further. Little madam!Well done !Hannah xx

she's is the same as tj, she can crab herself across the floor to get what she wants so doesnt bother to roll over

Clever girl!Lily is one of the eldest of our little group and although she grabs her feet and rolls onto her side, she shows no signs whatsoever of rolling over! She's very good at sitting up though, and "talking" :\)

Good girlie!!Since Skye has found she can sit up quite well she's not that interested in rolling anymore...although she's seems to have learned to move from sitting to on her front and is doing a sort of caterpillar thing with her bum in the air. I'm scared that crawling can't be that far around the corner now!!! The house will need a MAJOR tidy up of Daddy's work tools when that happens! ; )

Well done!I love reading about milestones like theseToby is just about to be 5 1/2 months on Monday and he's JUST rolled over back to front twice in the past 10 mins. I missed it the fist time as I was in another room, I just came back and found him on his front, I was gutted I'd missed it. I took a picture, picked him up and told him clever he was, put him back down, and he's just done it again!!
