oh hun - i am so sorry this has happened - this happened to me when toby was 11 days old and becasue of this had to spend a week in hospital. DOnt do a thing - lift a finger - Jacob needs to be passed to you and you need to rest rest rest rest.

Having thought i was super mum - i came down to earth with a bang - the good news is that after a short period of time of not lifting anything - it healed really well. Only 9 weeks later and it still hurts to sneeze! But i can lug a hoover around, clean skirting boards (i am a clean freak!) and i am going swimming on friday.

    Take care x x x x

Sorry to hear you're having a hard time. As the others say, plenty of rest and hopefully you will heal soon. Virtual hugs xx

I hope you feel better soon - it must be so frustrating not being able to get about as usual.
Glad hubby is there to give you a hand, and Jacob is doing so well

Best wishes for a speedy recovery
