Is anyone still having problems? I thought I was fine until last week my hip started to give way again then I got pain at the front of my pelvis Now it seems OK again and it did coincide with my AF. I wonder if anyone else has noticed pain again around the time of your AF?

I'm wondering if it would be best to change my pill to one I take all the time without a break to keep my hormone levels stable?

I did notice that my pelvis & hips were more tender around the time of AF, almost a little 'loose' for want of a better description?! It's the same again at the moment, but I'm really hoping I avoid it this time round...xx

I noticed this aswell when my AF arrived. My pelvis felt really sore and inflamed. I have the implant and have been bleeding since it was put in and then it stopped for a few days and AF arrived! Not a happy bunny!!!

i still suffer with spd pain. i was on cruthes and morphine for the pain whilst pregnant and its the 2nd time i have had it in pregnancy. I find that slow walking helps and also ask to be referred back to physio as they are brilliant after pregnancy too x
