Hello ladies. I dont usually post just lurk and read. My twins were born at the end of Nov and have been in their carry cots in our room every since we came home.

They have been napping in the day in their carry cots placed in their cots and for the last few days in their cots. They are not keen but will sleep. I tried to put them in their own room in their cots on Sunday night and was up for the majority of the night on Sunday dealing with one or the other. Only ds usually wakes around 4 and dd sleeps through.

They are now napping after some effort in their cots. How do I get them to sleep in their cots at night? I put them in their own room in their carry cots last night and they slept fine, only up once with ds.

    Hi

We put Tyler in his own room around 3 weeks ago and it was the best thing we ever did, he never took to his moses and used to sleep on us all the time which was a nightmare and starting to take its toll on my back. Then one night I just started a proper bedtime routine and he's swaddled in his cotbed with the end raised. He still wakes around 2 times a night for feeding and re-setlling but he is so much better than how he used to be.
Do you swaddle ? I swaddle Tyler before his last feed so he still thinks i'm cwtching him when he goes down to sleep.
