I have been having constant migraine headaches for two weeks now since my period which was on the 19th of October. These headaches are on the left side of my skull, temple and above eye & they are constantly there however now & then -in waves- there is a build up of pressure which leaves me in bed with the curtains closed.
I am not one to get headaches, especially not with my period & in fact the last time I got a headache was throughout puberty hence why I'm wondering if it is hormone related.
There has been no change to my diet, lifestyle, sleeping pattern, water intake, exercise. I'm a fairly healthy person eating right, drinking correctly & exercising at least 3 times a week at the gym.
As I said I never get headaches so i am a bit worried. I've thought of every possible thing that could cause them including new scents but I've not bought anything new or different recently... Perhaps winter coming in but this has never bothered me before?
The only thing I can think of is pregnancy because me & my partner had unprotected sex during my fertile window a couple of times
