Early one from me today as N appeared in our room at 5.45 telling us he'd done a poo. Poor pickle has diarrhoea so we're lucky he made it from 7pm to 5.45am really. We're in bed still watching multiple episodes of Peppa now.
Can I take anything for diarrhoea, at 39+3 I fear it's on it's way to me (crampy tummy and wind), I'm not allowed Imodium am I??
Nothing to report baby wise, I saw pin lady last night and slept great so that's good No plans today apart from MW at 3.20pm for a BP check.
Have a good day all, baby out vibes to VE!

Morning Hep! Sorry N has a dodgy tummy. Not sure you can take anything but on the plus side perhaps a clear out night start things for you?!
Not much to report here. Got a conference call at 8.30 then some data analysis afterwards. Getting frustrated with the finger pricking because I hardly bleed so I keep wasting the strips! Whoops! Hope my surgery get them in quickly!
Have a good day ladies

How have your readings been WH?
I'm just hoping nothing happens today as H has just got on a train to London (Green Park) and I'm dealing with a runny bottomed child!

Hep... Poor n.. Bless him.. Hope your tummy feels better soon... Like wh says maybe it will start things for you...
Wh.. Ouch.. I do sympathise.. Hope the conference call goes well. How much longer have you got to work?
Afm.. Managed a swim last night which was nice.. Feel tired this morning but that's nothing new!! Boss has been away for a couple of weeks and is back today so I'm expecting her to pile some pressure on anytime soon!! 11 working days left and I'm starting to panic about how much there is to do! Must get the hospital bag sorted too.. Did we get a list on here of essentials?
Hope all are well x

Hope your boss doesn't work you too hard Bexy! There used to be a bag list on the wiki but I don't think there is a link to it on Mumdrum. Will see if I can find it for you.

AFM - G is going to childminders today as i have my vbac appointment at 9.30 then hoping i can finally get some bits sorted out. I was so full of energy yrsterday but couldnt get much done. Typically today i am on the jippy tummy bench with Hep but hoping it will ease later. Havent been around anyone with a bug but feeling achy and washed out and cant stop sneezing either. Mind over matter - i havent got time to be ill there is nesting to be done!

Morning ladies, thought I would quickly say hello as have sneaked my phone into the loo and shut the door! Daddy is playing with I.
Will try to remember everyone, Hep poor little N, I hope he is better soon and that your tummy is the start of things.
Wh _ I hope the strips come in soon, they sound like a pain. I bleed like a pig everything I cut myself so sending you paper thin in pregnancy skin vibes.
Bexy exercise, I am impressed! Hope the boss surprises you and yay for mat leave!
Mm, hope the dodgy tummy goes as you have stuff to do. Did you decode about the car seat?
Afm, never have time to reply to everyone so feel bad coming on here but have seen vibes for me so wanted to pull my finger out! Saw mw yesterday, all is fine, sweep booked for 40+5 next Wednesday, am hoping I don't need it. H is now off for a month so no more flying solo. He is taking I swimming today and I shall watch, I dyed my hair yesterday so don't want to wet it. Diva!
Anyone else's hospital bag actually a suitcase? By the time I have a towel and dressing gown the pile is already too big for a bag...
VE 39+5 xxx

Mm... Oh not another bad tummy! Hope you overcome it and get some
Nesting in! I can't wait to get on with nesting.. I keep shutting cupboards really quickly so I don't have to see how bad they are!
10/04/2013 at 08:05
Ve.. Missed you there! Let's hope the sweep isn't needed! I started laying a few bits out for my hospital bag and realised I may need two!
10/04/2013 at 08:09
I'm thinking of a sweep at 40+5 too VE. Did you have one with I?
Did you dye your hair yourself? I can't bend for long enough to rinse it! Might get my mum to help on Friday as she's coming over, my fringe has a big grey streak!
My hospital bag is a holdall but is ram packed, I also have a separate bag for the baby. Both are hand luggage size IYSWIM? I also have a food bag
10/04/2013 at 08:29
Hep - hope N is better soon. Maybe it will help start things off for you - sending lots of baby out vibes your way (only for use once your H is home and N is better!!)
WH - boo to finger pricking, my Dad is diabetic, so I know what a pain it can all be, at least there is not too long to go!!
bexy - hope your boss is not too mean!! Not long to go now!!
MM- hope the apointment goes well - enjoy your nesting! Fingers crossed your tummy settles soon.
VE - fingers crossed that you don't need the sweep. Sending lots of baby out vibes to you. Haven't actually packed a bag yet (I still need one even though I am planning a home birth in case I have to transfer to hospital!!), but have put stuff out on the spare bed - it is definitely goin to need to need a big bag to fit it all in!!
AFM - long day in London yesterday, but don't feel too bad today, only one more London day, which is my last day next week!! All ok baby wise, just feel very ready to have my body back and meet our little one!!
10/04/2013 at 08:53
Hep hope the icky tummy goes away soon, I heard that was a good sign though that body is preparing for the big day :)
Alocin! Exciting! Not long to wait!
VE hope you don't need the sweep!
Maisie could be the start of things for you too!
Had loads of dreams last night about giving birth eek! Me and hubs have made ourselves a nesting plan to get our final bits done over the next 3 weeks or so before I possibly get induced, don't think it's sunk in yet though! My hospital bag is actually two hand luggage suitcases one with my stuff and one with baby and food stuff.
Lots of baby out vibes to those who want them!
10/04/2013 at 09:08
Unfortunately the icky tummy is down to something the toddler has passed on rather than anything exciting! Nothing at all going on here
Al - One more day in London! Yay!
GB - Make sure you have lots of PJ changes and loungey clothes in your hosp bag in case induction takes a while!
10/04/2013 at 09:33
Morning early birds!
Hep - poor N, hope that he feels better soon. Like everyone else has said, I'm not sure that you can take anything but maybe a clear out is a start of something starting! Lots of baby out vibes
WH - opps and owch to the finger pricking. Glad to hear that otherwise you are well
Bexy - hope that your boss is not too hard on you today! I also need to think about my bag. Thanks for the list Hep
MM - hope that your appointment goes well and that your stomach settles. Maybe another one getting ready for the big day?! Good luck with the nesting, hope you get lots done
VE - hope that the sweep is not necessary. Lots of baby out vibes for you too. Must be lovely to have H home for a month. I don't think you are a diva at all for not going swimming - I would be exactly the same after having my hair dyed!
Al - yay to only one more London day!
GB - Hope that all goes well with the nesting over the next few weeks. I also had loads of birth dreams last night, strange eh?!
10/04/2013 at 09:37
Sorry, pressed send before reporting on me!
AFM - Feel like I have been up for hours as H had to be in London early so had to drop him off at the station. Whilst I was up early anwyay, did some housework and have now come into work to be met by about 101 emails to set me up for the day....bring on maternity leave! Baby wise, all is good and was saying to H last night that I really need to treasure these last few weeks as being pregnant is such a blessing.
Hope that you all have a good day x

Good morning ladies. I am back from my weekend away and ready to re join you again!
Hep - oh poor N. No idea if you can take anything - check with your mw later? Glad you got a good nights sleep.
WH - How are you getting on with the GD? ARe you managing it through your diet?
BB - Don't let your boss pressure you too much. AT least the end is in sight! Hospital bags are on mu list of things to do next week as well.
MAisie - Hope your appt goes well and your upet tummy doesn't come to anything. Have you decided on a VBAC now?
VE - hope things get happening soon. Yay, for daddy being around for a while now
Alocin - Woo hoo just one more LOndon trip I know exactly what you mean about wanting your body back. Not long to go now x
GB - good to hear you have a plan x
Ferbs - you're right being pregnant is such a blessing. I just wish I could enjoy it more. How much longer do you have left at work?
phew, you lot are early birds today! I must admit I am lucky with my kids as they get up and amuse themselves so that I can stay in bed for a while. A came in at 8.15 but I sent him off with the Ipad and then I found him and O playing in their bedroom at 9.15 when I dragged myself out of bed! They didn't even want breakfast!
We had a lovely weekend away at Bluestone although I think I came back more knackered than I went. The bed we had was rock hard (nowt wrong with the bed I just don't like a hard mattress) and it killed my hips. I kept waking up in pain. Poor H spent 2 of the 3 nights in the bunkbeds with the kids as I just tossed and turned all night!
I'm all topsy turvey now as I don't know what day of the week it is with being away, H having a few days off and the kids being at home! I have the mw today then the afternoon at home I think, cinema tomorrow am and then a friends for dinner, then probably just a mooch around town on Friday with my girl while A is in nursery.
Next week once school is back I plan to get the rest of the baby stuff sorted and the pram out and cleaned etc and get my hospital bags sorted.
10/04/2013 at 10:39
Morph, I have another 5 weeks (stopping at 37 weeks) but only doing 4 days so that's a bonus! Am sure it will go quickly and for the last 3 I have a handover period with my cover so I can probably take it a bit easier with two of us in.
Sounds like you have perfect children! Glad that you had a lovely weekend away despite the lack of sleep. Hope that you enjoy the rest of the school holidays with some renewed energy for sorting stuff out next week. Good luck at MW this afternoon.
