Morning LP, hope you do get a nap! 39 weeks, crazy how fast it goes!
I'm out for lunch today with my work colleagues which I'm looking forward to :-) slept a little better last night too. Horrid rain through the night, gonna be bad for a few days from the forecast!
Hope everyone is ok xx

LP- sorry you had a crappy nights sleep, yay to a new sofa though!
BE- Enjoy your lunch! The weather is predicted as terrible for the weekend, freak storm weather they say! :-(
Slept like a baby last night, didnt even get up for the toilet! :-D
A weekend of christmas shopping and getting some more jobs around the house ready for Monday when the plasterer comes to do babys room, exciting that its finally coming together!
Big baby out vibes to all that need them!
Enjoy your day everyone!!

Morning! Sorry, been missing for a couple of days but not for exciting reasons as no baby yet.
LP - sorry you didn't sleep well, are you uncomfortable or is it just that you can't get back to sleep?
BE - lunch sounds good, enjoy!
Gemini - hiya! No toilet trips is amazing, isn't it funny what pleases us these days? ;) Your weekend sounds fab too.
AFM - I slept well last night too and as a result am wide awake now. Not as impressive as Gemini though but I am feeling smug as I only needed 3 toilet trips! This is very good by this week's standards!
My parents are coming up on the train for the day today so I will be braving the bus to go and meet them, this involves a lot of walking but driving is uncomfortable now and anything that may get baby out gets bonus points at this stage. I'm thinking of indoors plaes we can go for the day as although I haven't looked yet the weather sounds horrendous.
Baby out vibes from hereon in would be very much appreciated please as it is definitely time to meet this boy.

Gem - Enjoy the Xmas shopping :-)
TT - Have a nice day with your parents and tonnes of baby out vibes coming your way!

LP I had the exact same thing, I woke about half 4 and literally lay in bed for 2 hours desperately trying to fall asleep. I don't mind if I can't get back to sleep but then I feel like a zombie for the rest of the day! I sofa sleep sounds awesome, and of course we need a flash of said new sofa!!
BE enjoy your lunch. Is it like a sort of leaving lunch or just a norm thing?
Gemini I can't remember the last time I slept right through without waking for the loo! I was impressed that I only went once last night before I woke at half 4 so that really is something to be pleased about! I so need to start my Xmas shopping, I've done absolutely nothing!
TT have a good day with your parents and sending you all the baby out vibes. I can't believe your over 39 weeks now (or that I'm on the Tri thread with you!)
AFM up early again for no reason. I need to go and drop of H's doctors line to his work later so going to double that up with getting fitted for mat bras and picking up the paint for the nursery. I've also ordered the flooring so just waiting on a date from the guy to come and fit it. The nursery furniture is being delivered tomorrow but it can live in the garage until the room is decorated. Not much else from me I don't think, back to work on Monday which actually could bring me to tears! Nevermind, only 7 weeks until I finish up!

LP - definitely try a nap out on the new sofa
BE - enjoy your lunch
Gemini - sounds like an exciting weekend!
TT - enjoy you day!
MissDD - sounds like the nursery is coming on!
Afm - 38+3 and nothing planned today. Think I will mostly be bouncing on my ball and I may go for a little walk later. Parent are back from holiday tomorrow and sister is coming to visit so this weekend would be a good time for baby to arrive!

Welcome to 3rd tri CK!! x
25/10/2013 at 08:26
LP- The sofa definitely needs to be tested for napping purposes! Looks like the weather is awful today so a duvet day on your new sofa sounds ideal!
BE- enjoy lunch today. Make sure to wrap up in this weather.
Gemini- sounds like everything is coming together, very organised!
TT- lots of baby out vibes to you. I hope the bus journey helps move things along.
MissDD- sounds like the nursery is coming along, exciting! Monday is still a weekend away and 7 weeks will go by very quickly :-)
Banzy- baby out vibes for this weekend! My nephew told me yesterday that he wants baby to be born on Saturday... told him I will try my best! He also told me he wanys a boy instead which might be a little more difficult.
CK- welcome to 3rd tri!
Afm- H has a horrid cough which rears its ugly head at night time. This resulted in me being awake listening to it for a lot of last night! Going shopping with my mum today to get some last minute bits. Also, still need to pack my hospital bag! Think I have left it a bit late so will definitely do it today haha
25/10/2013 at 08:51
Sam I can't believe you haven't packed your bag yet! Hope H's cold clears up quickly.
LP, enjoy trying out the new sofa!

Sam - enjoy your shopping and get that bag packed!! You've also reminded me I need to scribble some things down on my birth plan. Although my plan went out the window last time!
MrsP - make sure you get some rest this weekend too x
25/10/2013 at 09:50
I will get my bag packed today, I promise! Haha I figured if it wasn't packed she would know I wasn't ready for her so wouldn't arrive. My logic seems to have worked so far! Baby's stuff is packed so will make sure all my bits are sorted todat.
Banzy- I haven't got a birth plan at all. With it being my first I have no idea how I'm going to cope in labour for pain relief etc so just going to take it as it comes!
25/10/2013 at 09:57

25/10/2013 at 10:24
MDD - I can't believe it either! Still can't get over being at a point where I'm wishing for baby to come out rather than praying he stays in.
Banzy - have a lovely relaxing day. Baby out vibes for you!
CK - hello! Don't take this personally but I hope we're not tri buddies for very long haha!
Sam - get that bag packed! Even I've managed to do mine (mostly) and I hate all forms of packing.
MrsP - you must be shattered, decorating and work combined is not good at the best of times never mind when pregnant.
MrsB - happy happy birthday! Hope you have a wonderful day x
Think I may have to drive into town after all as it is so wet and my bump sticks out of my coat! Going to get soaked! Boooo.
25/10/2013 at 10:27
Sam - good idea to just take it as it comes. I'm not giving much structure to mine just info on vitamin k and delivery of placenta and a bit about active labour.
Mrs Bass - happy birthday!!! Have an amazing weekend, enjoy! x
Thanks Tina. Im trying to make the same decision. Its pay day so town will be busy and the traffic and car park mega busy, think im going to brave the bus!
25/10/2013 at 10:38
MrsBass- happy birthday! Hope you have been spoilt and yey for a good old knees up!
