Morning ladies, everyone okay?
I didn't make it back on yesterday unfortunately. I managed to get F to have a nap so that I could grab one too. The downside to having a daytime nap is that I didn't get to sleep last night until gone 1am! Today's going to be tough. Baby gas been really wriggling too do that didn't help me get to sleep! Today I've got the shopping being delivered and then getting my hair cut.
Anyone got any nice plans for the weekend? I'm hoping to start clearing the spare room. I reallu need somewhere to store baby's stuff now other than on the spare bed!

Hope everyone had a good nights sleep. Weathergirl good luck starting on the big clean out!! Hope you get a short nap today. I hate it when you cant sleep at night.
Sorry I didnt get back on yesterday. Ended up being busy. Hospital visit was ok but long and tiring... Bloods taken, 2 separate meetings to explain the risks of a c-section and the anesthetic, then a ctg and a check up. All is ok but i had a lot of painful bhs whilst waiting which didnt help. All in all 3 hours.
Whats keeping me awake at the moment is that little sue has started being very clingy ang crying when I leave her with her granny.... We have spoken to her about next week and I am pretty sure she knows the baby is coming next week so I am sure she is processing all of this in her head. Its very upsetting though to experience as she is always so independent and self assured :(
I'm spending a lot of time with her until next thursday and my h is off for 3 weeks from tomorrow so he'll be able to be there for her 110%.
Coco - hope things get moving for you asap!!!!
Hugs to all and will try to get back on later xxx

WG - I know the problematic sleep feeling! Enjoy yourself pampering and hope the room sort put goes well.
Sue - O is much the same as little Sue just now...quite clingy with me and just wants cuddles etc. Glad you appointment went well, if a little long and uncomfy. Thanks for the vibes!
AFM - Today I'm 39 weeks, which is the gestation O was when he was born. V uncomfortable but I don't think anything much is happening...just playing the waiting game. We're taking O to a fun day today with bouncy castles/soft play etc...hopefully wear him out as he's bring a turd this morning!!

Morning all, happy Friday!
WG - take it easy today, and good luck clearing the spare room!
Sue - I think it's normal for them to get clingy.
My nephew is still playing up and my littler nephew is 5 weeks. She just wants to know you still love her.
Coco - really hope you aren't kept waiting too much longer!
AFM - I'm term today! I can't believe I've made it! Got a docs app this aft about my thrush as my mw yesterday couldn't do anything annoyingly. It had me awake at 3:30am and didn't really sleep much after that! Baby is now 3/5 engaged and I'm measuring a cm behind but I'm told it's normal for growth to slow down now. Only grown 1cm in 2.5 weeks though :/
Hello to everyone that follows and the lurkers x

WG enjoy your haircut. Maybe try and squeeze in a nap today too? I'm also in the process of sorting out nursery. I sorted our spare room and have made it messy again by filling it with stuff from enursery!
Sue glad that the appointments went well, but that is a long time to be in the hospital! Hope little sue settles a bit better soon, but I think you're right children are very perseptive.
Coco sending baby out vibes your way! Maybe you could use the bouncy castle to encourage baby to make an appearance! ;)
Browny congratulations on getting to term! Hope that the doc appointment goes well.
I'm going to continue sorting out baby bits and do some washing. Got a parcel to post as well today so nothing exciting. Going to pop to the in-laws at the weekend as I need to pump up the birthing ball and they have a pump that will do that. Might get the baby bits they are storing for us. Depends if I clear the spare room of baby stuff or not!
