Sorry didn't get on yesterday but I did read the thread.
WG glad that the scan went well. Hopefully they won't make you wait for 2 weeks for the results.
Mrs l hope your midwife appointment goes well and you get to hear the heartbeat.
Bk hope your not as achy today! Take it easy today if you can.
Sasasi sounds like you've been busy getting organised! Lovely bits you've got.
Well I've been dozing since 4am so tired, but only got today then it's half term. Just got to get through today and then I can have a lie in tomorrow!

Morning bunny, you've started 3rd tri thread.....baby brain ;) xx
Will try and get in later to update in midwife xx

Bunny, you just nearly gave me a heart attack seeing that you'd started the 3rd tri thread, thought I'd missed a few weeks haha! Yay to half term next week, enjoy your lie in tomorrow.
MrsL - hope the appointment goes well, do come back and update us.
AFM, feeling a little less tearful about things this morning. There's really nothing I can do until I get the results so I guess I've just got to try not to think about it! LO at nursery today so I'm off to yoga first thing and then to my mum's.
Hi to those who follow x

I got most confused then thinking bunny surely can't be 3rd tri already! * waves to all the 2nd tri girls* hope everyone's doing well. X

Bunny - sorry you haven't had a great nights sleep. Hope work isn't too hectic today.
MrsL - good luck for your appointment
WG - have fun at yoga. Glad you are trying to relax about it all.
AFM - I'm down to double figures! Still over 3 months to go though which seems such a long time! I'm sure it will fly by.
I went to aqua natal yesterday afternoon and was the only one there! I felt like a right numpty! The instructor was lovely though and I did enjoy it, it was just a tad awkward! Might try her Pilates class next week (which she claims she has about 5 people attending) but don't really have anything to wear :/
What's everyone's plans for this weekend? I'm heading down to London for the play off final and staying at the IL's. Got a BBQ tomorrow night after the match but not sure the weather will be good enough! Then back up North Sunday PM and we're having everyone round to ours on Monday as my brother just got engaged so its a bit of a celebration for them. Again, I hope the weather is nice for that but I'm not holding my breath! X

Bunny - I too have been awake since 4am! Such fun. Enjoy the last day and your lie in tomorrow. Do you have many plans over half term?
MrsL - Hope all goes well today, keep us posted :)
WG - It is easier said then done to try and forget about it. It will stay in the back of your mind but please don't dwell on it until you have the results, as you said. Enjoy yoga!!
Browny - Sounds like you have a lovely weekend planned! I hope the weather holds out for the BBQ, it doesn't look too promising at the moment for tomorrow! I will keep my fingers crossed! Aqua natal sounds fun, I have considered doing this, the only issue is that the classes are in the morning which is no good with work :(
AFM - I am working again for the most of the weekend, so H is off to Wales with some friends to go Mountain biking. We got the flat we saw last week too, so we move in 2 weeks! Very excited to have our own space again. It's ground floor so I haven't got to worry about stairs, mum and dad are a 5 minute walk away too. Which will idea to start off with!
Off to work now, I don't know if I will get back until late.
Hi to all that follow, have a good friday!!
23/05/2014 at 11:45
Boo - congrats on the flat! I bet you can't wait! Hope work isn't too bad this weekend x

Are we pretending to be in the 3rd tri today - all sounds a bit too far away to me (can't believe how slowly it's still going)
Bunny: Hurrah for half term, enjoy your lie in tomorrow! A bit less achy today but still there. In fact my bump was a bit saw after breakfast & I was saying ouch, ouch when I got up from the table & my toddler started copying me!!
MrsL: Hope the mw went well & you got to hear the heart beat x
WG: Glad you're trying to see the positive side. How's pregnancy yoga? I was gonna start aqua natal but the classes are either during the day or very expensive (not spending £9 for 45 mins!)
Browny: sounds like you've got a busy weekend ahead!!
Boo: Exciting news about the flat! But Boo to having to work all weekend, hope time passes quickly.
AFM: Aches, tirdeness & possibly a little bit of popping (bubbles - baby movement??) so nothing new to report really. Went to the farm (have an annual pass) last fri & said I might go today (my friend goes after school with her 2) but I don't think my pelvis could take it & my daughter would be very upset if we went & I wouldn't let her go on the big slide - hope she'll forget when I wake her up after the nap. She's mentioned the baby a few times today as I've said that we're going to the hospital to see the baby (scan) in a few weeks so hopefully she's coming round to the idea!
The only complicated thing at the min is that we were supposed to go on a family holiday to Butlins (with my mum, step dad, 2 sisters & brother & their other halves & kids) but of course it's the day after the baby is due so no way we can go. We were prepared to lose our deposit (£90 each ouch!) but my sister - who booked it - phoned to cancel our booking as we're part of a larger booking they want us to pay a further £120 cancellation charge. Altogether that's nearly more than the 4 days holiday would've cost us!! She was thinking we could move the date but we'd have all do it. I know would be ok with that (she can then come & look after Isobelle so we can hopefully have a nice smooth home birth) but not sure how much of a fuss my other sister & brother (well SIL) will make. We'd have to move it from Oct half term to Feb half term as my sister is also in education. Such a pain. I'm leaving it to my sister to broach the subject!!! Lucky her!!
Whoops, sorry for the waffle - can you tell I haven't really been out today - just catching up on housework
Hi to anyone who follows & hopefully tomorrow we can go back to being 2nd Tri!! x x

Hi Ladies - Thank God its Friday!! Been a tough week at work.
Bunny - you gave me a heart attack writing this as 3rd Trimester!! Hope you get a lie in tomorrow!!!
MrsL - Hope all ok at midwife!
Weathergirl - I read your post yesterday - must have been a scary emotional trip. Fingers crossed its nothing serious and you can put it beind you soonest!! THinking of you and yay for a little girl - I'm Team Pink too!
Spikey - Hope you are well! Any signs of movement? :)
Browny - The double figures are scary!!! They go so quickly too! Had to laugh at the swimming - that is awkward!! Your weekend sounds lovely - Enjoy
Boo - Cool that you got the flat - am I right in thinking you were living with your parents/inlaws? The 2 weeks will fly - how exciing
Blackkat - I had the ''baby bubbles'' I was sitting at my desk and actually heard them - I hought it was my tummy but they came regularly - was a bit wierd to be honest!!!! Hope you sort out your holiday - certainly sounds compicated :(
AFM: Off to the 3rd Trimester tomorrow - panic!!! I am in complete denial of how quick this pregnancy is going and people have started to ask - when are you due. I am HUGE. Booked into the hospital on Wednesday so forms are done and I have a meetng with the consultant at the end of JUne to dscuss if I will have a planned C-section or not. At present its looking that way as I have a low lying placenza and the baby is breech - which can change I know. I am a bit nervous as Lttle Sue came early at 37 weeks so that woud be only 10 weeks tomorrow!!
Does anyone know when you can wash all the old baby clothes so that they are fresh and ready for the new baby?
Thanks and have a great weekend!
23/05/2014 at 17:28
Sorry I had no idea I did that. Maybe a bit of wishful thinking!
Hi Mrs l hope the midwife went well.
WG hope yoga was relaxing. Glad your feeling a bit better about things today.
Browny that's great that you are double figures. Sounds like you have a busy and nice weekend planned.
Boo that's great news about flat and only 2 weeks to wait!
Bk make sure you try and rest between rehearsals if you're achy. Your little one sounds cute copying! That's ridiculous how can they get around charging that much to cancel!? Would it be cheaper to pay and not go?
Sue good luck in 3rd tri! See today's been a practice thread just for you ;). Hopefully the consultant will be nice. No idea about the baby clothes, I can't remember how early I washed them last time!
Not much planned for half term, got quite a bit of school work to do and need to get some things around the house done. H is off too for the week. Got a friends BBQ tomorrow so hopefully no rain!

Hi all just a quick midwife update from me. All went well I got to hear baby's heartbeat so was all emotional, so lovely to hear. Think I've had a few flutters over the part few days but I'm only 17 weeks so don't want to get my hopes up just yet! Oh and also finally got my referral to the hospital about my blood disorder, having a few tests next Friday and then wait for an appointment to see the consultant, at least the ball us tolling and hopefully it won't affect the pregnancy too much x
Hope you all have a fab bank holiday weekend x
