Good Morning ladies!
How was everyone's weekend?
Thank you for your words of encouragement on Friday. I did read them all, emotions/hormones got the better of me and I broke down at work on Friday. I feel much calmer now and aim to have a less stressful week at work.
The wedding went without a hitch, the bride was stunning! My dress was ok, not perfect, but nothing a bit of tacking to the bra strap couldn't temporarily fix.
Hi to all that follow! I noticed we have some new faces to first Tri - Congratulations!!! :)
Have a good day xxxx

Boo - I'm pleased to hear you're feeling better and that the wedding went well. Here's to a better week!
GB - hope the nausea soon passes, take it easy today.
AFM, I had some brief spotting yesterday which has now stopped. I am however quite achey and I have a niggle in my right hand side. It could be coincidence but that's where they said I have the cyst so feeling a bit concerned to be honest. I wouldn't describe it as a pain on the whole, just a niggle. I only get a pain when I go to move off the sofa for example. I phoned the MW earlier and she wasn't really sure what to say! Told me to take it easy and if things get worse ring the hospital. I'm due to see the consultant in 3 weeks about the cyst but I might ring them later anyway as it's bothering me. Other than that I'm just feeling exhausted. Now to try and entertain a 2 year old whilst taking it easy...

Boo: Glad to hear that the wedding went well (do we get a dress flash??!!) Glad to hear you've also decided to take it a bit easier at work, it's really not worth pushing yourself. Take care
GB: Sorry to hear you had a bad night. Well done to your H for making you stay home, us teachers are not good at making the decision to stay home! Try & eat something - honestly whatever you fancy & keep up the fluids. I felt hideous in the early days but it does gradually get better. Sleep as much as you need to x
WG: I would speak to someone about the cyst, even it's just to put your mind at ease. Hope the spotting has now stopped. I just looked at your ticker, 13 weeks today how fab (although I was hoping to find that at 13 weeks the tiredness would magically disappear!). Have a good day x
AFM: 1st day of the school holidays but I was intending to go into work so I could get some work done without little hands trying to help but she kept waking in the night crying so I don't feel like I slept much so not going in. School is only open till midday so unless I get up early enough it's not worth going in if my travel time is more than the time I would be there!! I will just have to get myself motivated to do it at home today. My hubby is away for a few days so I'm determined to get into a better routine with an earlier dinner & bed time for the 2 of us. I found the heartbeat again today! Only 1 week till the scan, can't wait to actually see him or her finally, think I'm the only 1 on here that hasn't had an early scan.
Have a good Monday x

Glad wedding went well boo
Gb hope nausea passes and you manage a rest
Wg - I'd keep an eye on the spotting and if it gets heavier dont hesitate to go in, your mw sounds a bit useless
Bk - hope you get some work done, we have been up since 0330 just generally shouting, maybe a bad dream and then wanting a wee which would be fine if he was consistent with it
Afm scan at 12, going alone but feel fine about it, what will be will be and all that. Still tired nauseous and dizzy, o and il post a bump pic that I took at 6+3 totally ridiculous

Now I wasn't stick thin previously but I wore this dress before my bfp and there was no bulging! I'm sure itl all settle as its all bloating but bloody hell my abdo muscles are shot!

BK - hope you manage to get some work done at home today. Fingers crossed you have a smooth couple of days whilst your H is away. My H was away all weekend, and working late most of last week, so I know how tough it can be looking after a toddler single handed. I hope I's bedtime is easier than what F's was!
RF - good luck for your scan later on, will be thinking of you. Nice little bump you have there too :-) You're right, my MW is a bit useless. She's the same one I had when pregnant before and this has reminded me how useless she was last time! I've had no more spotting since yesterday, just general achiness I think, which I know can all be normal. I suppose it's just hard to know what's normal and what isn't but I like to think if it's not normal, it'd be obvious IYKWIM?

Quick update : scan fine, hb was there, and one baby lol.
It was hard to date as so early but roughly 6+5 which is in line with dates. I'm back on 29th for more accurate dating scan and hopefully the nuchal bang on 11+2
Williams screening mw came in with me and consultant said 'lovely to see me back I'm sure he's just being polite, I told them I wasn't going to be anxious this time and the mw laughed and said 'are you suggesting you were anxious last time' and gave me a wink (v embarrassing ), o and I told them about my new job and h new job and they both said 'great timing then' and laughed! God it brought memories of that ante natal clinic flooding back though, its a propper Jeremy Kyle set in the waiting room, I was just sat playing on my phone in fear of someone screaming at me!

Great news about the scan RF, not long to wait until the nuchal now.
I've taken it as easy as I can today, well, as easy as can be with a 2 year old! Still got the occasional niggle on my right hand side. I did a bit of Googling as well, which I'm not sure was a good idea!
