How are we all? Good weekends? Mine was ok, although visited the in-laws yesterday and got really annoyed with MIL, the woman drives me mad. Then 9 year old stepson told us what hed agreed with his mum re coming to ours at Christmas which totally doesn't suit us at all and I said that to him and H said ""oh we will sort it don't worry". Ie H wants tochange iour plans to suit what stepson has decided without a thought for the rest of us. I'm still not talking to H this morning!
Anyway, pregnancy wise nothing to report, this low placenta has me worried, I googled which I shouldn't have....seeing midwife on Thursday anyway so will ask her more about it.
Today is a busy one, M has singing group this morning, then meeting a friend for coffee, on to a birthday party early afternoon then M has ballet. Need to sort something for the tea too.
Hope everyone is having a good Monday x

Weekender - M sounds like she has a busier schedule than most adults! Hope you manage to sort out Christmas, we still don't know what we're doing as I'm not sure what days I'll need to go into work and my boss always leaves sorting it out until the last minute!
Had a lovely weekend. The wedding was beautiful and I managed to stay up until it finished at midnight so was particularly pleased with myself. Was exhausted when I got into bed and still feel like I need a good few hours in bed!
Pregnancy wise, not much to report. I've been uncomfortable for the last few nights and keep waking up aching. I put it down to the hotel bed but it happened last night at home so I think I might invest in a pregnancy pillow. My friend recommended the pregni pillow so need to do some research. Other than that, scan on Wednesday. Which I'm looking forward to and scared of in equal measures!

Oh fingers crossed for the scan Flossy :) the physio advice session at our hospital advised getting an old pillow, sort of bash it in the middle so the stuffing goes to either end then lie on it with it under your waist so it supports your bump and stops you rolling on your back. I've not tried it as I had a dream genii from last time bit it might be worth a try before you buy a pregnancy pillow? Hope that makes sense. Glad the wedding was good!
I do think sometimes that M is non-stop but tbh if we try and have a day in the house she is just climbing the walls for lunchtime so really need to keep going! We will sort Christmas somehow, even if I have to throw a strop! It's just such a pest, wish life could be straightforward just once!

Sorry to crash but I wondered if you'd like to be added to the due date list weekender as I spotted your name isn't on there? :) x

Weekender try not to worry about the low placenta. I've has several friends with it and all had moved up by their 32 week scan. I'm with you on keeping the toddlers busy, my days off are busier than my work days usually as we fit so much in!
Flossy good luck for the scan. Are you finding out the flavour? Ice got a Dream genii which inbound really good with p but nit got it out yet this time. Definitely worth trying a normal pillow befor e you buy one.
Afm busy weeknd! went to a ball on Saturday night and managed to dance until 2am then drive everyone home. My tummy muscles did ache yesterday though!! Rode my horse yesterday and for the first time my hops ached afterwards. I was so hoping to ride until Christmas but we'll see how it goes. off toddler swimming in a bit and then going to a friends for p to have a play and tea with her son later. Friend is also pregnant so lots to chat about.

Weekender- My MIL drives me mad sometimes too, you have my sympathy! I would be annoyed about xmas too, hope you sort things with your H soon. Do you get another scan to see if the placenta has moved?
Flossy- Glad you had a good time. I am aching today too, I have a pregnancy pillow but I sometimes wake up with it on the floor! Not long until scan :) Are you finding out?
AFM- Really tired today. Went out to Jamie Olivers for a meal Fri night which was lovely. Then to Norwich Sat with the MIL to see my BIL and his girlfriend as the are at Uni. So was a long day! Had a pedicure in the morning though so that was nice to relax and its my friend that does it so was nice to catch up.
Preganancy wise all good, getting movements and little kicks every day which is great. Just a countdown til scan now. My boobs seem to be getting out of control, I think I might go and get measured. is everyone wearing underwired? Or are we meant to stop?

Cross posted AR, wow 2am, that is hardcore! Sounds like a nice day planned. How far along is your friend?

I'm on my phone so can't really do all the personals, however WE - I have a low placenta too but hey say something like 90% move up by 32 weeks
Another night of no sleep for me, got a really sore bump and just feeling shattered, gonna have a really early night tonight! Bump is still moving about as usual but its ever so sore when he/she kicks and moves, apparently that's the SPD
I have booked my hypnobirthing classes and start in two weeks so looking forward to that
Also I have started reading that book everyone has been talking about called first time parent, seems really good so far

AR - you've put me to shame! I thought staying up dancing till midnight was an achievement but 2am is even more impressive!
Weekender - I'll raid the pillows in the spare room and give that a go before I fork out money!
Bertie - mine feel huge too! I'm still in underwire, I thought we didn't have to change for a while yet (or maybe it's just because I really don't want to and have convinced myself that I can keep wearing them!)
NLH - I might need to check that book out. I downloaded what to expect when you're expecting but found it quite boring after a few pages.
We're hoping to find out if it's a boy/girl, I can't imagine it causing trouble though and keeping its legs crossed for the whole scan! I was so sure we'd have a boy first, but over the last month or so I've found myself imagining us with a girl more and more so I'm excited to find out.

Weekender - Hope you have a lovely day :) - Try not to worry about your low lying placenta - I have known lots of people who have had it like AR x I know it's hard tho!
AR - 2am is pretty impressive, I can just about stay awake too 11 now lol! Hope you had a lovely time :)
Bertie - I am wearing underwired too.. I hate non wired bra's haha!
NLH - Who is that book by? Might have to check it out :)!
Flossy - Fingers crossed that baby behaves and is in a good position for you to find out what your having!
AFM busy weekend - H is home for 2 days! YAY! I have my 16 week check up tomorrow, I am hoping that they let us hear his/her heartbeat! H say's my little fat pouch where baby is looks like its spreading and moving upwards... baby's going to get lost in my fat soon haha!
Woke up with a bit of sickness today :( normally get that in the evening! Having a lazy day today and then busy one tomorrow, after the midwife appointment off to Bournemouth to meet H's parents for dinner (They are staying for a few nights in a hotel in bournemouth)

Sorry, I have been terrible at getting on here! Don't think I have time for personals! Have my 20 week scan on Friday, seems to have come around very quickly. I had to have a blood test on Friday to rule out I am getting obstetric cholestasis again. Have been itching in the evenings, am hoping it is a paranoia thing than actually getting it as this seems very early. Otherwise bump seems to be growing.
Will hopefully get on later to catch up and do personals

Sorry not been on in a few days as I've been out delivering training most days and the weekend was hectic.
WE - I feel your stepchild pain. It's such a difficult situation and I hope you guys manage to resolve it.
Flossy - I can't remember the last time I saw midnight so well done! Can't wait to hear how you get on at the scan!
AR - very impressed with your level of activity! It's putting my permanent position on the couch to shame!
Bertie - Sounds like a busy but lovely weekend! I have been measured twice now. The first time I went up a size in underwired bras and the woman in M&S said that I could wear them for as long as I could bear it. I didn't really know what she meant but 18+ weeks and I knew I'd have to change as the wired bras were becoming increasingly uncomforable, sore and itchy. So I'm now in mat bras. TBH its not been anywhere near as traumatic as I thought it would be (although I did feel as if I had cone boobs to begin with!!) and I'm much more comfortable now. I don't think there's any hard and fast rules. I've read wired bras can restrict milk ducts/production but not sure of the science behind this!
NLH - that's a shame that the movements are hurting :( hopefully the hypno birthing will help!
CC - I hope you get to hear the HB too as it's just lovely! Enjoy bournemouth! The book NLH is talking about is one that was recommended to me by a new mum friend. It's First Time Parent by Lucy Atkins. A very practical/non judgemental approach about what to expect. It's about baby arriving rather than pregnancy. I've bought it but couldn't get past the page about what to buy for your perineum post birth :-S
S4 - I'm not sure what that condition is but I'll keep my fingers crossed for a negative test! Good luck for the scan!
AFM - we finished the hard work in the nursery over the weekend! The painting is done, carpet is down, blind up and furniture built! It was such a joy hanging up all the tiny wee clothes in the wardrobe! I just get to do all the fun bits now like choosing pictures and a mobile! I just need to get over my addiction to all things etsy. The baby things I like are extortionate but sooooo pretty!!! Otherwise all is great! :)
