How exciting tomorrow will be coco. Amazing that you have felt movement already. I'm sure today will fly by for you.
AFM tired again! I think lectures are cancelled tonight as the uni staff are on strike so, whilst I'm unhappy about paying fees for a lecture I won't get it does mean ill get a rest and early night at last! Hi to all who follow.

Coco - so exciting to see your baby, and fab feeling movements so early! I had them earlyish last time, about 14/15 weeks I think, so might be feeling them I guess about 12 this time - feeling C move was one of my favourite things about being pregnant!
raincloud - good news on getting rest, but doesn't seem fair that you've paid for lectures you won't get. Hope you get more sleep.
I'm not too bad again, seem to get worse in the evening. Off to slimming world this morning (I signed up for 12 weeks 2 days before my BFP) and I know I've put weight on as I've just not really followed it at all this week! (HUGE chinese takeaway on Friday night, plus lots of other naughty stuff) There was a form my MW had to sign to say she's ok for me to continue, only problem is she accidentally kept it with all her papers when I saw her - I'm sure my SW leader won't mind though, and I may well stop by the time of my next appointment as I'll be getting too disheartened about my weight going up. I'm going to try better this week, not to lose weight, but to try and keep it stable for now.

Blimey Coco, you're up early! Bet you wake up earlier tomorrow! So excited for you scan :)
Raincloud - what is it with bl00dy striking at the moment! Hope you get some rest and the tiredness soon passes.
Deedee - don't be too disheartened. I think when you're feeling first tri groggy, watching what you eat is the last thing on your mind!
AFM - I am working from home today - told my boss I was pregnant on Monday, and that I can't really a) walk an hour to or b) get on a crammed bus to work (normally get the tube but alas, they're on strike) - mornings are the worst time for me nausea wise, and she was fine with it. Felt a bit ropey when I woke up but had a couple of dry crackers which helped. Mu eczema is really playing up today, I am very itchy and scratched til I bled in the night. Nice.
Hi to all that follow x

Raincloud - hope you manage to make the most of your free evening and get some rest, being tired sucks!
Deedee - I felt O at about 15 Weeks so was blown away by 12 Weeks this time. I'd signed up to sw just a week pre bfp, I'm trying to follow the principles still do as not to gain silt amounts of weight, but not going to meetings now.
Gavi - sadly no say in early rise this morning - O has his last 2 teeth coming through and has been a 5.30 boy all week...yawn! Good of your boss to let you work from home. Hope the ezcema settles soon xx

Afternoon all, where is everybody today??
Coco - cant believe you are feeling movements already! Good luck for tomorrow.
Raincloud - yay to getting a rest and an early night!
DeeDee - gosh I find it a challenge to find something to eat that doesn't make me sick, let alone trying to be healthy/good! Don't be too hard on yourself!
Gavi - sorry to hear your eczema is playing up :(
AFM: I had a really good day yesterday, I had more energy, was only sick twice in the whole day and managed to eat a couple of slices of pizza too! And the main plus point, was the fact that my doppler arrived yesterday and we got the hear the heartbeat for the first time <3 It wasn't as hard to find as I thought, I found my heart beat first a couple of times, but that meant I could easily distinguish baby's heartbeat when I found it. I loved seeing H's face light up when he heard it!
Today, I'm feeling quite nauseous and not as much energy as yesterday but better than I have been, although not sure how long it will last! x

Good afternoon everyone
Coco - Thats amazing feeling your baby move already!! Massive luck for tomorrow
Raincloud - I work for a university & I am NOT on strike - we would lose a days pay for 2 hours! Enjoy your early night
Deedee - I know what you mean about keeping weight stable but at the moment I am just eating what I can. Great on you for trying though! Hopefully once the sickness passes I'll be back to my healthier eating, instead of eating 2 lunches everyday (first one at 11.30am this morning...lol)
Gavi - what a lovely boss you have! Make the most of it!
Browny - how lovely to hear babys heartbeat! I am resisting temptation with a doppler though, I think I would drive myself mad. I hope you start to feel better this afternoon.
AFM - was sick before work this morning and had really bad diarrhea (TMI sorry!!) Ive been eating quite a lot of fruit so thats maybe why. My headaches are still as bad as ever :( but my boss is on a half day so I am going to take it easy and go for a walk later...after my 2nd lunch lol.
Some of you may know I am putting a critical illness claim in for my skin cancer...well Ive been speaking with MacMillan Financial Guidance (who are absolutely fabulous and so helpful) and based on the information I have provided they see no reason why they shouldnt pay out. I know its still a long shot away but this money would be so amazing and would help us move to our forever home. We are currently in a 3 bed townhouse which is as big inside as some of the detached houses in our development, but has no garage or much space outside which I really want in a family home. We love the area though and are beside the local grammar schools etc so would like to stay close.
FX for me ladies!!!

Hi Coco, was work as busy are you feared?
DeeDee, a friend of mine who is pregnant is still slimming. She has kept her weight stable but the baby is growing fine. So I guess it's possible, but I wouldn't beat yourself up about it at the moment. If your feeling sick, you need to eat what you can when you can.
It's nice that you were allowed to work from home Gavi, makes it easier for you. Home the morning sickness eases soon.
Browny - a doppler how great, that must be amazing hearing the heartbeat. Glad you feel a bit better.
Sasasi - a payout would be so great for you, but to be fair, you must have been through such a tough time, that you deserve it.
AFM - work was rough today, a lot going on and some big issues that keep rearing their head and causing stress. I think normally I would take it all in my stride, but I'm so tired at the moment and emotional as well, that it's all getting a bit much. I cried at work today, and I cried on monday, and I was close to tears yesterday which is so unlike me. Thank goodness I have no morning sickness as that would just finish me off!

Browny - Glad you are feeling better, hope it last for you. And the Doppler sounds awesome. I'm not sure if I should get one or not. It must be lovely to hear but I bet I would do it wrong and then panic!
Sasasi - sorry to hear you're so sicky. I would try and lay off the fruit and veg a bit until your tummy calms down. Hope work was quiet for you.
Raincloud - sounds horrid, I hate it when work gets to that point. I have been there and it isn't nice. Just try to remember what's important. A Job is just a job at the end of the day, your little bean is way more important x

Hi everyone i'm new to this just got my BFP on Saturday after 8 months of trying! Just wanted to say hi to all. I've been to docs today as i've had a bit if bleeding but nothing heavy just when i wipe and not been in any pain. Dr was quite reassuring, i am 5 weeks and 3 days he's going to try and refer me for early scan to put my mind at rest but thinks 8 weeks is criteria so might have to wait a bit. Just wondering if anyone else experienced bleeding early on? x
