Morning everyone. Hoping to see some BAs today! Hope Gopher'a induction went smoothly and everyone else who was getting going is having cuddles by now. Can you pass on your baby out vibes to me now please?!
Not much to report here really. Had a nice pub garden lunch yesterday, took buggy wheels in to get new hard wearing tyres as I always got punctures last time then walked up to get S from nursery which is a good mile and a bit each way. No twinges really! Reflexology booked for tomorrow morning, sweep next Thursday which was earliest she could fit me in. Lovely weather today so might spend the afternoon at the stables cleaning my tack in the sunshine.
Have a good day ladies

Morning WH - sounds like you are relaxing which is good. Enjoy the sunshine as let's face it we never know how long it's going to last!!
AFM - work this morning but have afternoon off as going to a breast feeding workshop at the hospital. With M we only managed a week of me feeding her so being a bit more proactive this time as would love to feed this longer. We've booked a private scan for next weekend to give us a chance to see baby again, it also means we can take M and my stepson.
Hi to those that follow! Xx

Mrs h.. Hope you get lots from the breast feeding workshop.. I found the one I went on really informative and came away really positive about the whole thing..
Mrs Clarke.. That time left at work will fly by!
Afm... Got all my kitchen cupboards done yesterday! And my new washing machine arrived.. Today I shall be washing my nappy stash to get them all ready..eek! Can't wait to hang them on the line! Oh and I'm fitting in a facial and eyebrow wax and tint!

Morning Ladies! Just a quick one from me as i'm about to leave for work, and probably won't get back on until tonight at the earliest. I'm 38 weeks today and had to go for a presentation scan yesterday as the MW couldn't be 100% baby was head down. LO is in fact head down, bum up, feet crossed and had it's hands over it's face again just like at 20 week scan.
Baby out vibes to all who need them!
RKB 38 weeks (eek!)

Rkb! Good news about baby! How much longer at work for you? Have a good day.
02/05/2013 at 07:18
Also hoping to see some BA's today. Hope that Gopher's induction went ok and Al is getting on well. Also thinking I Morph - hopefully something is happening one way or another.
WH - I'm exhausted just reading what you have been doing and have planned for the day! Hopefully being so active will start something! Enjoy the sunshine and lots of baby out vibes to you. Sounds like you have a good eviction plan in place!
MrsH - hope that the bf workshop goes well. We have a session at NCT next week about bf.
MrsC - great feel feeling to countdown work isn't it?! Hope that the days fly by
Bexy - sounds like you are in full nesting mode! Sun is out so will be nice to hang the nappies to dry outside. Enjoy your treatments this afternoon. Reminds me that I must book a pedi!
AFM - off to see MW this afternoon. She could only fit me in at 2.30pm so am taking the rest of the afternoon off to hopefully sit in the sun! Feeling a lot better after some positive discussions with work yesterday about finishing early. I didn't realise how exhausting pregnancy would be towards the end and that it came with soapy pains and niggles! Problem with my job is that it's so emotionally charged and very stressful at times which is not a good thing when so hormonal! I really need to start thinking of me and the baby. Am slightly in denial that there is only 5 weeks to go!
Have a good day all. Looking forward to those BA's and baby out vibes to all those that need or want them x
02/05/2013 at 07:20
RKB - glad that baby is in a good position. How did you get to 38 weeks already?!! Hope that your last few days at work fly by, is it now just handover stuff with your cover?
02/05/2013 at 07:24
Eek we have a b a! Al!
Ferbs... Yes get that pedi booked... Enjoy some sunshine this afternoon too...

Wow this thread gets busy very early in the morning! I feel bad replying and not doing personals but am only on my phone so it takes ages and am trying to get the 2 monsters ready for a morning at soft play :-)
Got my whooping cough jag this afternoon. Have to go for a scan next week due to anti bodies that I have in my blood. Slightly concerned by it all as no one is telling me anything and Google is not my friend :-( hopefully find out more next week
Hope everyone is well and baby out vibes to all who want them :-)

You guys get up WAY too early!
Congratulations to Alocon. Fab news to wake up to. Hope Gopher is on with news soon.
Any news from Morph?
Enjoy your day at the stables C. No giving birth there. Unless to ike the name Jesus?'
MrsH, lovely to be able to take the kids to a scan. Hope the bf class goes well.
MrsC, I'm now singing Its the Final Countdown for you!
Bexy, hope the sun is shining so you can dry those nappies!
RKB, great news re position. I'm sure this one is breech again as movements are all in my pelvis but I'm booked in for section so not too worried.
Ferbs, when are you finishing work? What do you do?
Ally, hope you are ok post jabs. Mine ached for days!
AFM, it's Mr R's birthday today. M has been awake since 5.30am because she wanted to help him open his presents. She was shipped back to bed with the iPad! Mr R has had baby kicking him today, which he still thinks is freaky. We are off out for lunch in the sun somewhere later and then he and M are going to play crazy golf. My day off but I have a VAT return today. Hopefully get it done on the laptop in the garden.
Had to admit defeat yesterday and I no longer fit in non mat jeans. Not bad for 34 weeks though!
Nesting may be kicking in. I plan to wash all the dining room chair covers today... As you do!

Morning ladies, I have the grumps so just popping in to say I'm still here. Had some big tightenings again last night and terrible backache all night but still no baby. I am thoroughly fed up. I'll go be grumpy elsewhere now..........
02/05/2013 at 09:38
Back for a few personals! Brilliant news that Al got her home birth. Come on Gopher, we need news!
MrsH- hope the bf workshop is useful. Sometimes I think maybe I should do some antenatal seeing a as I didn't do any last time!
MrsC- not long to go now! How are your sugar levels by the way?
Bexy- baby stuff all hanging out in the sun is a nice sight
RKB- glad baby is head down and ready to go! No queue jumping me ok?!
Ferbs- I can't remember what you do but everything's harder with pregnancy hormones thrown into the mix.
Ally- surely this antibody thing must've been about when you had the other two? Maybe they've just changed protocol at the hospital. Sure it's nothing to worry about but hope scan all goes well.
Rusty- have a lovely lunch out. Where will you go? By the river somewhere? Hope the VAT return doesn't take long.
Morph- In the nicest possible way sorry you're still here! Snitch-it was contracting for months I believe! Hope something happens for you soon.
Well I've cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, got a load of washing out, put the food shop away. What to do until this afternoon?!
02/05/2013 at 09:41
Ally - I also have my jab this afternoon as no-one could do it sooner for me. Hope that you manage to get some answers soon, google is not always the best place to search!
Rusty - Happy birthday to Mr R! Sounds like you have a fun day planned (bar the VAT returns!). Amazing going to fit into non-maternity jeans at 34 weeks, I can't remember what non-stretch feels like anymore! I am hopefully finishing work next Friday so a week early. Am a matrimonial solicitor
Morph - you poor thing, I feel so sorry for you. Have you phoned the hospital again? Is there anything that they can do?
02/05/2013 at 09:49
WH - I got it from a blood transfusion after I had A. No one was overly bothered by it when I was pg with J, just had to get blood checked as soon as I went into labour and the lab had to have whatever blood I needed ready just in case. The mw did say they have maybe just learned more about them
Rusty - v impressed you lasted in non mat jeans, I thought I had done well getting to 22 weeks lol
Ferbs - hope your jag goes ok too!
02/05/2013 at 13:13
Stealing 5 minutes on the computer while my cover is away over lunch.
Fab to see Al's BA! Such a beautiful name too! Hope everything has gone ok for Gopher, i don't know if she had a PP to announce for her, so we'll maybe just need to wait a little while to hear how she got on!
WH - Hope you have a lovely day outside in the sunshine! I promise i have no intentions of Queue jumping. I'd like to see baby stay put until its due date. Only symptom i've got is my bump dropping a little, but nothing else to suggest labour is imminent!
MrsH - That's lovely that your taking your LO to meet baby! :-) Hope the breast feeding class goes well!
Mrs Clarke - Not long to go now until you're finished! hope it passes quickly for you! :-)
Bexy - Glad you got your cupboards done and have fun washing baby's nappies!! exciting stuff!! you sound like you have a busy day planned!! - I finish tomorrow! Cannot wait! :-)
Ferbs - Hope your MW appointment goes well today! It is quite scary how quickly you start getting tired towards the end. I have no idea how i made it to 38 weeks. I'm still a bit in denial about it all. I finish tomorrow, and i'm literally just sitting about explaining the job to my Mat Cover. I feel quite bad giving her stuff to do, but there isn't any point in me putting any other order through in my name as I won't be here after tomorrow.
Ally - Hope you get on ok with your jab this afternoon. I found my arm got very itchy afterwards, but i didn't have any other side effects apart from that.
Rusty - Happy Birthday to Mr R! Well done in making it to 34weeks without mat jeans. I can't remember when i started wearing mine, although most of my tops still fit over the top of my bump!
Morph - Sorry things aren't happening and your in discomfort :-( hope it relents soon!
- I'm finding it very strange not actually doing any of the work that has been coming into the office and passing things over to my Mat Cover. I've inadvertantly found out that my office have something planned for me for tomorrow as someone has emailed to say that they're sorry the won't be able to make it....I didn't know anything about it though, so i'll just have to pretend like i don't know what's going on now. :-S At least i have time to prepare mentally as i've been a bit on the emotional side this past few days finishing up, so it's probably a good thing really...
Sending some baby out vibes to anyone who needs/wants them!
RKB - Still shocked to see her desktop ticker saying 38 weeks!
02/05/2013 at 13:34
Hello again. Glad we have had a BA. lets hope gophers had her little one as well.
I hope it passes quickly to, i feel not in the slightest bit organised at home, will have to try to get on with it at the weekend, but h is at work for 2 days out of 3 and iv got things on so dont know how much im actually going to get done.
WH, mY sugar levels are ok ish, nobody is really paying any attention to them. The only time im getting readings is when iv been a bit bad and expecting them to.
Has anybody heard from munchkin, not seen her around after her thread the other night, hope shes ok xx
02/05/2013 at 14:23
