Morning lovely pregnant ladies!
What are we all doing today? I need to catch up on a few bits around the house as I've been quite lazy this week! Apparently the weather is going to be nice today and then horrible tomorrow onwards so hoping to get out somewhere too.
Hope everyone slept well and we are not far away from some BAs!

Morning BE, your day sounds very similar to mine.
I will be doing a bit of cleaning and relaxing today. Did a bit of online Christmas shopping last night and popping into town today to pick up my nephews present. Trying to get as much done now before baby arrives.
Still a few small pains low down and pressure when I walk but nothing major yet. (38+2).

Morning BE- not got anything planned today. May be going to the cinema tonight if H feels up to it. Think we might see bad grandpa. Hope you go out somewhere nice. Apparently were supposed to have a big storm this weekend. Sods law that that's when baby will decide to come.
Baby out vibes for Mrs 50s!

In a rush this morning as I decided to keep my lazy bum in bed a while longer, so quick shower and off to work now :-(
Enjoy your days everyone!

MS - Hope you enjoy the cinema if you go. Fx baby won't decide to arrive when the weather is bad!
Gem - Hope you have a good day at work :-)
LP - Will it scare you a bit more if I tell you that I have finished my Xmas shopping and it's all wrapped and ready?! Hope some bouncing gets baby closer to arriving :-)

Gemini- enjoy your day, hope u enjoyed ur lie in!
LittlePixie-more show sounds promising! ! I havent wrapped any of my xmas shopping yet, did buy the paper last week though!
Hairdresser got a little scissor happy last night and I now have more of a bob! Can't be that drastic though as H didn't say any thing until I mentioned it!
Today is going to be spent cleaning and making beds ready for my mum and godparents staying on sat. My godfather drove me slightly mad last time he stayed basicly trying to wrap me in cotton wool! Hopefully he will be a bit more relaxed!
Also need to pick somewhere to go for a birthday lunch and birthday dinner tomorrow!,

Morning all ,
Sorry for lack of personals again, will be a better MDer and pop on later for personals, too hard to do on phone.
Baby out and baby engaged vibes to those who need them.
Ps, I became an Aunty again yesterday to a beautiful little girl, I'm so excited for my little one!

BE- morning! Nothing planned here for today. Weather looks cold but dry so will take the dog on a nice waddle later.
Banzy- you are so organised starting your Christmas shopping! Very jealous that I haven't even started thinking of it yet..
MS- have a lovely day/ evening whatever you decide to do.
Gemini- hope work goes quickly for you!
LP- exciting stuff (is it really normal to get excited about other people's show!?). Get on that ball misses!
MrsBass- I hate scissor happy hair dressers. This is why im so happy my sister is a hairdresser because she said too scared to take too much off because she knows I'll whallop her! Haha typical your H didn't realise... men eh!
MrsPenguin- yey for becoming an auntt again! Enjoy those cuddles

Still no baby here - I've always thought I'd go overdue but also always had it in my head I'd have an October baby, so I hope it happens in the next week at least! Yesterday I felt very heavy / pressured, swollen and achey down below and this morning I've had a few cervix-stabs which have taken my breath away so it MUST be moving down (mustn't it?!) 40 week MW appt in a couple of hours so I'm hoping she'll agree with that. Too sore with SPD to contemplate any kind of internal exam so I'll have to be content with bump-prodding!
BE - maternity leave (pre-baby anyway) is all about being lazy and catching up on sleep, not house jobs
Banzy, have some baby-out vibes!
MS, I hadn't realised a storm was forecast - apparently a lot of women do go into labour then, something to do with the changes of pressure? It's why I got all excited on Sunday when there was a flash of lightening... but that was it!
Gemini, have a good day at work!
LP - baby out vibes for you as well!
Mrs Bass, enjoy your visitors at the weekend - sweet that your godfather is worrying about you but hopefully he will be more chilled this time!
MrsP, congratulations on your new niece!! How lovely that your little one will have a cousin so close in age.
24/10/2013 at 09:35
Afm- my dad is still phoning me EVERY night asking if anything is happening. Starting to drive me insane that I could have another 3 weeks of this!
Nothing planned for today. Its our anniversary on Sunday but we haven't planned anything as we know of we do baby will arrive. Probably just go for a nice meal if she isn't here before then (or a takeaway if she is!).
24/10/2013 at 09:47
Missed you there Sam - how're you?
24/10/2013 at 09:48
Aah just seen your reply - my parents have been ok so far, but they only got back from Italy yesterday - I'm waiting for the questions to start!
24/10/2013 at 11:37
I'll do personals in a bit, I'm in the bath and don't want to risk a soggy phone!
I'm pretty sure I've finished work now, I wanted to go back for a couple more weeks but the old health and safety is saying other things! I've started sorting out baby clothes and done my first load of washing! Baby clothes are so tiny!!
We has a date night last night. It was supposed to be a nice meal but the reataurant was super busy and I was hungry so KFC it was! We went to the cinema to see bad grandpa! Hilarious! Best film I've seen in years! A proper laugh a minute film! The whole cinema was in hysterics! I urge everyone who has the sense of humor of a 15 year old boy to see it! I honestly can't rate it enough! It may be just the trick for you over due ladies!
24/10/2013 at 12:06
MrsP- congrats on becomming an aunty again!!
Im getting used to my hair now!
Mrs50s- he did apologise last time so hopefully he'll be ok!! Sounds like things are progrssing for you!
Custard- lucky u finishing work!
I havent stared the cleaning yet, must get my butt in gear!
24/10/2013 at 12:53
sounds like most of you are having nice relaxing days with not a lot planned. wonderful!
It's my penultimate day at work today with 10 days to go til DD. Each day I walk into class the students look more worried that I'll go into labour at work!! bless them.
I had my growth scan this morning and all is well with baby. weighing an estimated 7lb 5, i'd quite like it to stay that weight now! not sure why my fundal measurements are so out of sync. xx
24/10/2013 at 13:01
MrsB- so glad the scan was all fine. I know what you mean about people looking at you like you are literally about to drop! My dad is increasingly worried that I shouldn't be let outside the house in case the baby happens to fall out haha.
Decided to take relaxation day a step further and have come to my parents for a bath. We don't have a bath at home so it always feels like a special treat! Although I do feel a bit like a whale..
