Morning everyone, thought I'd get on nice and early today! Not much to report from me, nausea is manageable on just one tablet in the morning and being careful what I eat so feeling much better. Can't believe I'm a third of the way, the week's are flying by!
Hope all is well with everyone.
Missdeedee - how are you this morning? I hope things have settled down xx

Thanks for you comments yesterday and sorry i didn't get round to replying! H had the whole day off work so we out for a little celebratory lunch
The relief is amazing, feel like a massive weight been lifted and I slept much better last night too.
Not terribly impressed with due date (xmas day) but babies never arrive on their due dates, right? And MDD - no, they've put me forward a few days (i figured we'd DTD the Friday night before I went on holiday and i must have OV'd the next dayor even day after that and the spermies were just hanging around waiting but they reckon earlier that week. eeek! Stupid OPKs must have missed everything then. Oh well, just goes to show you should just shag like crazy. LOL
Today - ummmm need to take LO shoe shopping as I think she might be outgrowing hers and its my friends little boys 3rd birthday on Sunday. So need to get a little pressie for him too.
Hope everyone is well

Morning HF, glad your mind is at rest following the scan :-) hopefully baby won't arrive on Xmas day but at least he/she will be a wonderful present!
14/05/2013 at 07:08
Hey both, BE glad your feeling better and HF congrats again, must have been amazing seeing the little bubs.
BE thanks, don't seem to have had any more over night but there was a bit more when I wiped this morning. I'll see if I get anymore today or how I'm feeling. I'm trying to stay positive about things, but struggling if I'm honest x
14/05/2013 at 07:18
MDD - dont you have a scan coming up?
14/05/2013 at 07:20
Mdd - Glad to hear it hasn't got any worse. If you're worried, phone your Dr for some advice? When I had my bleeding it wasn't heavy, more when I wiped but it was obviously more red than brown, the Drs were really good with me although EPU couldn't scan me for 3 days! I've got everything crossed for you, keep us updated xx
14/05/2013 at 07:32
HF yeah private scan on sat, which I know isn't long now but feels like years away!
BE EPU were pretty poor tbh, they've already told me they won't scan me until after 8 weeks which is why I booked my own. She said only to call back if I had bleeding accompanied with pain. I'm not even sure what 'pain' they mean, I have pains all the time but I assume they're 'normal'?
14/05/2013 at 07:48
BE, I'm glad the ms seems more manAgesble now. Hopefully you'll be off the tablets all together soon.
HF, I'm so glad that you're able to relax a bit more now.
MDD, I can imagine how you are feeling and you must be worrying like mad. Gillsy keeps reminding me that my worrying isn't going to change the outcome, so I guess what I'm saying is try and stay positive. Hopefully this is just old blood, and you'll have a positive scan on Saturday. Is it worth calling your gp?
14/05/2013 at 07:50
Hi all. Just crashing to say congratulations to HF for a great scan yesterday. So happy for you xxx
14/05/2013 at 07:58
Hmm it's strange with 'pains' because sometimes you feel like it's AF but they do say it's normal. At least you've got your scan on Saturday. I think if anything changes in the meantime it would be worth giving your GP a ring xx
Morning Imp, hope you're ok xx
Hey Mrs B! How's 2nd Tri? I'll be joining you next week :-) xx
14/05/2013 at 07:59
Hi BE... I've no news really. Trying to follow my own advice and not worry, but it's fairly difficult!
14/05/2013 at 08:16
Hi BE 2nd tri is going well although the thread is super long everyday I do struggle to keep up! See you there soon x
14/05/2013 at 08:50
H F, glad to hear the scan went well. It's such a relief isn't it? Except two weeks on, I'm now becoming neurotic again! MDD-I had some brown/pink bleeding at 7 weeks with my son. It turned out to be nothing but like you i was terrified as had just had a mc. Ring someone again if it gets worse tho x
14/05/2013 at 09:28
MDD could you ring the private scan people, to see of they could do it any earlier.
I have really bad morning sickness, I can't keep anything down. I have become so fussy about eating, I haven't eaten meat for 2 weeks. I am currently living if plain jacket potatoes. Our washing machine has broken down so I have to go to the laundrette today. On the bus with pooch.
14/05/2013 at 09:35
Morning! Wow, we've had a busy morning already!
missdeedee- i didnt ge tback on last night but I would have said what everyone else said, that brown is old blood!
full of nausea again this morning, i worked out i get waves of it twice a day, first thing and mid afternoon! i didnt get my boiled sweets y.day so going to get them today, I fancy cherrry drops for some reason!
I have my booking in appointment this afternoon with the midwife. I feel that will make it all a bit official! Means I get to leave work early too! yay!
14/05/2013 at 09:36
Hi all, another one crashing to say congrats on your scan yesterday HF!
MissDeeDee- I have some blood on wiping when I was about 6-7 weeks- sometimes brown, sometimes more red. I had been having mild cramp (mild period type pains) for a week or 2 before this and then had a constant stitch type pain in my left hip area. I was sent for a scan to rule out ectopic pregnancy but everything was fine. Keeping everything crossed that things are all okay and if you are worried I would definitely phone your GP with any concerns. Keep us posted and I'm wishing Saturday here so it can put your mind at ease xx
14/05/2013 at 11:41
Thanks everyone, I've had nothing else so far today so keeping everything crossed that it was a little one off. I'm going to phone EPU this afternoon and speak to the woman I saw last time as she did mention that I might have some bleeding due to my bicornate uterus but didn't think that was until later.
Imp, your totally right and Gillsy's bang on that nothings going to change, it's just so horrible spending each day wondering if it's the same heartbreaking outcome as last time. Only 3 more days at work after today and then it's scan day anyway. Thanks again ladies xx
14/05/2013 at 12:18
Finally managed to get on in my lunch break!
Imp - Keep staying positive! Not long until scan now.
MrsB - I'll struggle with that then cos it's been difficult to get on at work!
VIvixon - Bless you :-( It's dreadful isn't it? I was getting really down when I was off but am eating *almost* normally now so it WILL get better! Seeing little bubba at the scan helped me xx
Mrs Bass - At least you have worked out a pattern, you can hopefully control it a little now. I went through a lot of mints cos I hated the taste in my mouth!
Hi Sam :-) Hope you're doing ok xx
Mdd - Let us know what the EPU say xx

Hi all, I called and actually spoke to the nurse that booked me in for my ERPC (she was quite nice and it was her that told me to phone back if I got pregnant again for an early scan). She's asked me to go in for a scan on Friday. I said I would see how things go and if I don't have anymore brown discharge then I'll probably just hold off and go to my own scan on Sat. Not sure what to do now. This is exactly what happened last time in terms of timing, I had a private scan booked for the sat, had some bleeding during the week and my midwife booked me in for a scan on the Friday which is when we got the bad news and I never made it to the private scan. Not sure what to do x
