Morning all. Sorry if there was a thread. I couldn't see it.
Hope you are all ok. Didn't have the best nights sleep last night as I had some really freaky dreams. I did have Pizza for tea though, must have been the cheese! Had a nice tea planned but needed to defrost something and found out the microwave is broken. OH is picking a new one up tonight. Reduced from £109 to £55. Hope it last longer than this last one!

Morning LP- I've had some freaky dreams myself since being pregnant, think its just the hormones messing with us. What have you got planned for your tea?
AFM - Trying to decide whether or not to go shopping with my mum later. Otherwise think i might end up sorting out my clothes, throwing old stuff away etc. Need to make lots of room for this babys arrival.
Hope your all okay

Mummy s - Go shopping! Much more fun!
Going to my parents for tea tonight, we always go once a week so we get to see them (and I get a night off cooking!)

LP Ive had some weird dreams too! bargain with the microwave!
MS I have been doing the same! I am trying to be really ruthless! there are somethings that when Ive had clear outs before Ive thought "oh i like that, i'll start wearing it again" and i havent so they have gone straight on the charity shop pile! Im quite impressed with myself so far! Hope I can keep it up!
I have a friend coming over with her little ones in a bit and we are due to go for a picninc. weathers not great but it's dry and warm so fingers crossed!
Ive got my MW app tomorrow and just got a call to say that my midwife is on long term sick leave so i have o go to a local hospital to see another one. Bit of a pain as mine is literally around the corner but ive not got much else planned tomorrow!

LP, I hate having weid dreams like that- it sets me off all strange for the day.
MS- go shopping!!!
Mrs Bass, that's a shame about the mw, what a nuisance.
AFM, I had a much better nights sleep last night so i'm not feeling quite as tired. Got a banging headache again though, paracetamol just isn't cutting it. Has anyone ever had refelexology? Soemone has suggested it to hekp with my headaches, but I'm just not sure!

Hi Imp - i have had reflexology before. But not sure if it is recommended for pregnant ladies as i think it can increase blood flow to certain areas and increase the risk of miscarriage, not sure if this is just 1st Tri though so probably best if you check that out.

Sorry not to get on yesterday. This is my last week in 2nd tri so must make more of an effort!
LP - I've had plenty of freaky dreams since getting pregnant. Think it must be a mix of hormones and an excess of thoughts flying around our minds.
MS - We've been having huge clearouts at our house, mainly because the room that will be the nursery has been a dumping ground for the last three years since we moved in, I can't believe how much stuff two people can accumulate! Hope it goes well for you.
Mrs Bass - that's annoying about your MW appointment. Hope it stays dry for your picnic today, enjoy.
Imp - sorry your're suffering with your headaches. I've not had reflexology before, but I know that a few local pregnancy yoga teachers also offer reflexology in my area. Could you see if you have someone like that near you? It might be that they can advise you better if they are used to seeing pregnant women?
AFM - had a very productive start to our week off. My Dad came round yesterday and finished re-fitting our downstairs loo for us which is great because the walls used to be lime green and orange (previous owners, not us!), H cracked on with decorating the nursery and we now have a painted ceiling and walls ready for all of my test pots to try out on! I spent 6 hours doing All The Ironing Ever - there were things at the bottom of the basket that I'd forgotten we owned (bad wife). Today we're taking it a bit easier and going out for lunch later then I think I will spend the afternoon doing absolutely sod all!

Happy Tuesday everyone!
LP - I have been having some very weird vivid dreams lately, yet another side effect apparently. Or it could just be the cheese!
MS - sorting things is more practical but shopping is more fun, make the right choice ;)
Mrs B - enjoy the picnic, I hope it's not raining like it is here! That is a pain with the midwife.
Imp - the lack of painkillers allowed is really annoying sometimes. I haven't tried reflexology so can't help there. Someone was recommending the 4Head stick thing a while ago, have you tried that?
Popcorn - wow you have been busy! I can't believe it's your last week in 2nd tri, you've just made me realise I am a bit closer to 3rd tri than I had thought I was!
I'm at home today and it's supposed to be my PPA time but as it's nearly the end of term and I was organised earlier on and sorted a lot of stuff in advance I don't really have any planning to do! Not that I am complaining. So I have just about finished my work now. H is here too today so we are going to go for lunch I think as a little treat and then I'm going to strip some wallpaper in the nursery now that we have cleared all the stuff out of it. Other than that I am spending my time willing my bump to grow a bit as it's still not hugely obvious - people who know me can see it but I think I probably just look a bit chunky to strangers on the street. Baby is squishing my lungs and bladder so I would like more bump so that a) I look properly pregnant and b) baby stretches outwards for a little bit rather than just up and down!

Hi ladies. No time for personals except to say Popcorn - 6 hours of ironing?! You must be mad! hehe
Anyhoo, busy at work this week as in myself like I said so better get back to it. Wriggly baby as usual today, I just love that feeling!
Another scan appointment tomorrow morning at 9am. Will try and get on to update you x

Ive googled the hospital and its about a 30 mins walk so not too bad, especially as I dont have anything else planed!
Sorry your still getting the headaches Imp, was it you that was using the 4Head rub on thing?
Popcorn- 6 hours ironing! wowzers!!! Enjoy your lunch out!
TT- have a nice lunch with your H too!
My friend has just left, it did rain so we ended up having an indoor picnic. Her eldest is just over 2 and the youngest is just 10 months younger. Im exhausted! I dont know how she does it 24/7! Our house is so unchild friendly too!!!
02/07/2013 at 16:12
my phone isn't playing ball today to let me see to do personals and I don't have the memory today to attempt without it!
I'm just back from my 16 week appointment. Heard baby's heartbeat. :) now for a chilled out evening when I've done my data.
02/07/2013 at 16:50
I should clarify that I stopped for multiple cups of tea and a panini at one point during my iron-a-thon. I'm not proud of having that much ironing to do, it's shameful really!!
TT sounds like you have a nice day planned, enjoy!
Mrs Mack hope the scan goes ok tomorrow, will look out for your update xx
Mrs Bass shame you had to have an indoor picnic, children are exhausting aren't they?
Custard yay to hearing heartbeat :)
