Glad all is ok Sue - at least you're on the final countdown now! Hope little Sue enjoys her day out!
My twinges are amounting to nothing at the mo...think its just things moving in the right direction. O was a week early so wonduring if this one will keep us waiting a bit longer! At the mo my prediction is for Thursday and H's is for Saturday! Off to shops this morning but otherwise a day of cleaning awaits! Joyous!
Have a good one all x

Sue - glad all was well at the doctors. Could you perhaps have a nap whilst little Sue is out today?
Coco - it does sound like things are moving in the right direction, hopefully you won't have too much longer!
AFM, I slept pretty well but have still woken up feeling shattered! We're hopefully meeting friends at the park this morning depending on what time the parcel I'm expecting is delivered. Looking forward to aquayoga tonight.

Sue - I know how you feel about sleeping, some nights I cant and other nights I'm fast asleep! Doesn't help that I have to get up for the loo at least once or twice!
CoCo - I must admit I'm not looking forward to the waiting game, it baffles me how the baby knows when to actually arrives!!
- It's finally haircut day, YAY! I'm so excited to get my barnet under control, haha - also going to discuss how to cover my never ending amount of grey at 27 years old!! Meeting my mum for a brew first and look at a blind for the kitchen - very exciting. Must be home by 3pm for Tesco Delivery.
- Tonight I'm catching up with two old friends which I haven't seen for months, so looking forward to this muchly - hopefully i'll be able to stay awake!
- OH is out playing golf and having food with his boy mates so at least he's occupied too.
Also, on a different note, I have some new clothes YAY! From SimplyBe, they have huge sale on anyway and some maternity pieces - got 2 casual dresses and 1 pair of floaty trousers for about £25, none are maternity just bought a size or so bigger. Actually feeling human and moderately decent looking today hahaha!

Sue - glad everything is ok! Not long left!
Coco - I hope the twinges turn into something very soon!
WG - sounds like a lovely day you have planned - enjoy!
Alipops - your day sounds lovely too - hope you enjoy it!
AFM - just about getting over my cold now. Still feel exhausted though. I think I may have thrush which is really irritating me. Got MW on Thursday so might wait and speak to her about it, doubt I'll get in at the docs before then anyway. Pregnancy joys! A couple of times in the night I woke up with period-type pains, so maybe my body is getting ready too? Still a bit early yet though I guess. I washed a Playmat yesterday that a friend has lent me but it hasn't come clean (it was quite dirty to start with!) Might just get a new one but I don't want to offend her :/

Just back from my holiday & I can't believe I'm now in the 3rd tri!
Sue: Glad to hear your appointment went well. Hope you manage to catch up on some sleep today
Coco: Hope you're able to keep busy & the time goes quickly for you but do take it easy with the cleaning.
WG: Have fun at the park!
Alipops: Sounds like you have a great day ahead. I remember getting my 1st white hair when I was in my 20's & have been dying it ever since. Hope you enjoy your haircut
Browny: Hope you get treated at your mw that doesn't sound nice. Sounds like your body might be gearing up ready but hopefully baby will say put for a few more weeks!
AFM: I've just got back from a week in France & feel properly big & pregnant now. I tried to make the most of getting my h to do stuff whilst he was around! As I was away last week (when I was 28 weeks) I've had to split the appointments so I had my GTT before I went & have been taking iron tablets as a result. Then tomorrow I see my mw (for the 1st time since 16 weeks which seems crazy!!) & get my anti D jab & I hope to talk to her about what happens for a home birth, then on Friday I've booked my whooping cough jab! Oh & tonight I must remember to go to my 1st lazy daisy birthing class (& hope I don't relax too much that I go to sleep!!).

Sue glad everything went well at the docs. Not long to go!
Coco enjoy your shopping, hope that the cleaning doesn't take too long!
WG park sounds lovely in this weather. Hope your parcel doesn't keep you waiting.
Alipops sounds like a busy but lovely day. Enjoy your catch up with friends.
Browny I know all to well about thrush this pregnancy unfortunately its the bane of my life at the mo! My midwife has given me a prescription for stuff rather than going to the gp. Sounds like your body may be getting ready!
Well after sorting out spare room yesterday I then made a mess of it by getting all the baby clothes out we have and sorting them into piles based on size. We definitely don't need to buy anything up to 0-3 months! H is off today so will potter around with him. Going to take it easy, although I may sort out some of the other stuff in the nursery anything baby related I've just dumped in there so need to start putting bits away in the drawers and gathering the bits for my hospital bag. I've just got the urge to get everything for baby ready and sorted. I think the nesting instinct has got me early this time!

Hi bk! Glad you had a lovely holiday. Glad you got the iron tablets I remember you saying how tired you felt. Sounds like you have all your appointments sorted!

Hi Bunny, I think the tablets are working (although being travelling back all day yesterday I feel shattered this morning) am hoping I can get off them soon. You sound so organised. We've got to move Isobelle before I can even think about getting out out baby clothes!! My hubby didn't finish painting the high bits of her room before we left last week & his friend didn't come round to help move furniture so my hopes of getting her big girl room sorted before he goes back to work tomorrow are not going to happen (although we did stop at Ikea in Rouen on the way back to pick yup a bit for her wardrobe that they hadn't had in stock over here - don't ask - a very crazy way to spend 2 hours!!) x

Blackkat - hope you had a nice break in France. Sounds like you have a lot of baby-related stuff coming up! I'm also on iron tablets which is a pain trying to time when I can have them but I've only had one or two dizzy spells since taking them so think they must be working. My MW said she'd need to re-check my iron levels soon to see how I'm doing on them. Hope you enjoy the lazy daisy class tonight!
Bunny - I hope the MW can prescribe me something too without the need for me to go to the docs. Sounds like your nesting instinct is kicking in!
I *think* I have now finished all of babies washing! I'm pretty much sorted I think now. The only things on my list are non-essential items so was going to leave them in case people ask if we need anything. I do howver need to write my birth plan, sort out a playlist for labour, and buy some snacks for my hospital bag. Oh and set up the crib in our bedroom now it's been cleaned!

Am new to this thread, have dipped in and out of humdrum before but felt the need to return today. I'm 35 + 4 and having a run of very up and down days - feel very teary and I know I have turned into the nagging, moany wife who is no fun :( Does anyone else feel like this? Is this 'normal'?
