Morning coco, sounds like you have been crazy busy. The 4d scan sounds exciting, we're thinking of having one, where are I having it?
AFM, no news really, works been manic again this week so apologies for not getting back on and replying to personals. Looking forward to a relaxed weekend.
Have a good Wednesday xx

Morning ladies xx
Coco, you've been better than me! Since working weekday day shifts it seems I had less time than when I did days/nights/weekends! Never mind, I'll always pop in when I can. 3rd tri is officially from 27 weeks onwards, which is a scary thought!! If I don't see you before, good luck with your scans and tests!!
MrsL, shame your work is hectic, but hope you have a good weekend and the weather stays good.
AFM, had a week of really bad back and bump pain, which I presume is stretching, since bump has expanded rapidly this week. I have a mw appt this morning so will discuss it. Also not had anything confirmed regarding my change of hospitals, need to cancel my 28 week scan since hubby can't get out of work, and rebook, and have a few more questions for her, so I hope she's not rushed today!
In more exciting news, the nursery is pretty much done, just need to get a cot mattress (not urgent since we have a Chico bedside crib for the first few months) and wall art. It looks gorgeous, wooden furniture and Mamas and Papas timbuktales curtains and tiebacks / accessories. Will post a piccie when it's completely done. We're off to the baby show onSaturday, so hoping to get bits of décor there, as well as the last big things we need (sling, sleepyhead bed, morrck hoodies, grobags, bottles/steriliser).
Really can't believe I'm almost in 3rd tri. 5 weeks left at work, that's 17 shifts. Eek!!

Good Morning Ladies!!
Coco - Great news about baby being lively! Although I'm sure that will become uncomfortable sooner or later. I look forward to having regular movements :) I bet it feels amazing! How does a 4D differ from a 3D scan? It isn't something that I have looked into yet, but we do want to do this. Did you have one with O?
MrsL - Enjoy the weekend and rest up! The weather is set to be lovely!
BF- The nursery sounds fab! I look forward to seeing a pic once it's complete.
AFM - Flat hunting went well, we found one that we like! It's perfect for what we need now. Long term it's not ideal, but once I'm back at work, squidge is older then we look to move again. We both see it as a spot gap. It's a 5/10 minute walk from my parents and 15 min drive from Hs. I always said I wouldn't want to be so close to them, but I think the support will be really beneficial once squidge arrives. Just need to wait a few days to see if we've been accepted.
Bump/Baby wise - seems to have had another growth spurt! Still the odd flutter but not too noticeable yet.
Hi to all that follow! Hope you have a lovely day! The sun is shinning :)

Coco: Lovely that your baby is lively, must be reassuring. I always thought 3rd tri was 27 weeks (But I also though 2 tri was 13 weeks & most people seem to think it's 14!) but who knows for sure!! 4D scan sounds fun. Sorry to be thick but what is the difference between 3D & 4D scan? Hope GTT goes quickly next week.
MrsL: Sorry it's been so hectic, hope you're taking good care of yourself & it calms down soon x
Barefoot: Wow you are organised with the nursery. I've never been to a baby show but not sure if that's the best place to buy a sling if they only have high street brands like bjorn which are not great for you or the baby. Best bet for a sling/carrier is a sling library (although if they have a range at the show like Connectas, Mobys, Ergos, Manducas & ring slings then that'd be ideal). Hope your midwife is able to help you this morning.
AFM: Not much to tell, still feels time is going very slowly. Got my 16 week mw today & then only 3 weeks till my scan & we can then finally get started on looking for a name. Still feeling tired but that's partly due to a toddler not sleeping through the night & as it's getting closer to my show (Grease - less than a month now) rehearsals are more intense.
Hi to all that follow x

MrsL - sorry to hear you're so busy! Hope you get to chill a bit soon. I'd highly recommend the scans. We had one with O and were thrilled to see a special offer this time too ;-) it's a place local to us, not a chain one.
BF - certainly sounds like you've been busy! Love a nursery flash! Enjoy the baby show!
Boo - the 4d ones give a e cording of them moving on dvd too which is lovely. Great news on the flat hunt...It is do handy having people nearby. My mum and dad were 5 mins away until we moved when O was 4 months...I missed them being so close when we moved as they're now about an hour away :'( support is invaluable in the early days.
BK - sorry you're a still having bad nights...hope you get some sleep soon. Sure time will speed up after your scan...We've yet to decide on names too!

Hi again :-)
Blackkat I'm not looking at a structured sling, I like the look of the Caboo. Seen it in use and will have a look at the show. Well done for having the energy to be in a musical while pregnant!
Back from mw. She called the new hospital and I am on their system, they just hadn't bothered to notify me. I have a consultant appt there on Monday now, and will let them decide on when and if they want to do the growth scan. No point in keeping the existing appt at the old hospital, and no point going private if the new place will sort it all, so I'll wait until Monday now. Bump is all happy, measuring bang on the 50th centile, and mw was unconcerned about all the back pain and period cramps, just agreed it's all stretching. Maybe the start of pgp but she doesn't want to refer me to physio or anything unless it gets much worse. I'm happy with that, so let's see what Monday brings!
Tablet playing up so can't flash nursery just now, so will do that next week when it's more finished :)

Glad mw went well BF - your back pain and cramps definitely sound normal to me for this stage in pregnancy, I'm having much the same and I had it last time too, so likely just stretching and pressure where baby is getting bigger/having less space. It's all glam stuff for the rest of pregnancy ;-) x

Quick hi to all - all ok here - work terribly busy and also suffering from light period type cramps and general sore bump - especially in the evenings when I get to sit down :)
