We have already had thunder and lightening here this morning! Weather forecast was right! H is away this weekend so I'm taking the opportunity to stay at home and start potty training with F. Wish me luck! Baby wise all is fine, felt loads of movement last night and H even reckons he felt something when he put his head on my tummy. I feel like I'm getting bigger by the day now so I've had to order a couple of maternity items.
Hope you all have a good weekend,

Morning WG - exciting you are feeling movements, mine are still flutters and light prods and not regular yet. Hope potty training goes well.
Its raining here too, my sister and I are off shopping soon and it for lunch, I haven't spent much time with her lately. I must find time to get my hair cut, it's been months and is so dry. My brother gets married in 2 weeks and I'm a bridesmaid so want to get it trimmed before then otherwise I'll look like a scarecrow in the photos. Tonight I'm at my MILs for dinner.
Baby wise....10 days til scan and H still hasn't decided if we're finding out the sex or not
Hope you all have a nice weekend xx

Yes also woken up by thunder- think it's going to be a stay at home and potter day :)
WG- exciting you are feeling lots of movement. Enjoy maternity clothes shopping.
Mrs L- have a good day with your sister abs enjoy lunch. Let us know what you decide to do about finding out the gender.
AFM- had a totally irrational emotional day yesterday and feel rather tired today- probably all the silly crying didn't help! Re scan on Tuesday so beginning to feel more anxious again. Baby wise all fine I am feeling lots of movement which I think is beginning to settle into a pattern.
Hi to all that follow.

Hi peachy - hope you're feeling better today, I'm sure the emotional day was down to hormones too! Nice to feel so many movements, try and take it easy today x
07/06/2014 at 08:49
MrsL - enjoy your day shopping, hope you buy something nice! Have a nice evening at MILs.
Peachy - feeling irrational and emotional is totally allowed during pregnancy! I've been a bit irrational about H going away this weekend, probably sounding like the wife from hell! Hope you're feeling better today.

WG rain here too although no thunder and lightening. Good luck with the potty training! That's great that the baby is having a wriggle in there.
Mrs l Enjoy your shopping, lunchand dinner out today! Are you looking to get anything in particular?
Peachy emotions are a pain when pregnant! Not long to wait until the scan, I'm sure it will be fine. That's great that baby is getting into a pattern
Well we were going to do some gardening but with the rain I'm not sure that will happen! Baby is getting very wriggly which is good. Going to clean the house as we might have his best friend and his girlfriend round later for dinner.

Hi bunny - no nothing in particular, just to have a look round and spend some time together. Enjoy your day x
07/06/2014 at 11:16
Mrs L- yes probably hormones indeed- grrrrrrr!
WG- you are not alone I too am sure I am the wife from hell at the moment. H can't seem to do anything right the poor guy!
Bunny- great news baby is wriggly! Enjoy dinner tonight.

WG: Good luck with the potty training, please pass on any tips that I can use come August! & lovely to here you've got lots of movements
MrsL: Hope you manage to hair cut! I didn't see your original thread about finding out the gender. Do you want to find? I'm very glad that my h wanted to find out both times. A friend of mine didn't want to know but her partner did find out & managed to keep it a secret till the end. I couldn't do that!! & only 10 days to go!!!!
Peachy: Hope you have a better day today, the anxiousness about the scan must be hard (I don't think I slept properly for a few night before mine)
Bunny: Hope the gardening/house work goes well & that you enjoy dinner tonight. Enjoy all the wiggles!
AFM: I'm nearly done with my bits of the school reports so spending the rest of day finishing it. Of course the heavy rain has now stopped & it's lovely & sunny so that's 2 days sat inside on the laptop instead of being out in the sun. Keep trying to persuade my toddler to go out but think she's been of a couch potato with me recently. Will put a stop to that in 2 weeks! At least it means I get to rest as tomorrow I've got a 12-6 reheasal, then 1 more on Tuesday then shows Wed -Sat. Gonna be a long week! But then my mum & step dad are coming to watch on Sat & staying over so we can do something nice like the zoo with them next Sunday (if I can move by then) & for fathers day.
It's funny how different these babies are/were. so different. At Isobelle's 20 week scan she was doing somersaults & we have a scan pic of her upside down but because of my anterior placenta I couldn't feel her. This time I have a posterior placenta but a very laid back baby boy who barely moved during the scan! I feel the occasional movement but I think he's quite happy to stay in 1 place! He's clearly gonna take after his laid back daddy!!
Have a great weekend all x

WG - good luck with PT F, it must be lovely feeling lots of movements!
Mrs L - I hope you've had a good shopping trip and lunch with your sister.
Peachy - sorry to here you were upset yesterday, try not to worry about the scan (easier said than done). I hope you've had a restful day xx
Bunny - I hope you've managed to get some gardening done. There's stuff that needs to be done in my garden but the rain has put a stop to it too. Glad to hear baby is wriggly. Enjoy your dinner tonight.
AFM - nothing much to report, I got some maternity clothes in the post and have been pottering about. I'm waiting on H and FIL to return from the local church with a pew for our dining area, but it must be a bit tricky to saw in half as they've been gone for a hour and a half!
I hope you all have a lovely weekend!

BlackKat - glad you're near to the end of your reports. I hope to manage to go out at some point today. What show are you doing?
07/06/2014 at 14:07
Bunny - hope the weather brightens up later so that you can get some gardening done.
BK - I know what you mean about LOs being stuck inside, do you let I out in the garden even if you're inside doing bits and pieces? I usually sit out in the garden keeping an eye on F but it means I don't get anything done! Your plans for next Sunday sound nice, I'd like to do something family orientated next week seeing as H is away this weekend.
DS - I love the sound of a pew for the dining area!
Well, we're only a few hours into potty training and I've already had enough! I have very little patience but I'm trying hard not to get annoyed with him - we've had 4 accidents so far with not one hit on the potty!
07/06/2014 at 14:19
DS: I'm in Grease. I play ChaCha. I'm also a student, a cheerleader & am in the beauty school drop out dance. It's fun but tiring.
WG: Our living room has French doors that open up into the garden, I give her the option to go out & play whenever she wants but I can't sit comfortably & do reports at the same time so I guess she's choosing not to go out as I'm not going out. You're not making potty training sound fun!! It's really been the only thing about having a child so far that I'm a bit worried about. I'm sure it'll happen when they're ready. Good luck x

Hello ladies - lots of you to reply too so I won't attempt it now but promise to come back and reply later (or tomorrow if I don't make it back today)
Today is my last official day in 2nd tri so don't want to miss it by not posting in here... I am seriously fed up with the warm weather and really, really hope this summer is an awful one because the heat is killing me :'(
07/06/2014 at 18:07
BK - haha, sorry I don't mean to put you off the whole potty training thing. I didn't expect it to happen straight away but I have to admit today has been harder than I anticipated! hopefully tomorrow will be better.
PS - I can't believe you're off to 3rd tri! Good luck! x
08/06/2014 at 10:01
