Lots of baby out vibes to Hep and VE (and BW if you want them!!)
I had a nice day yesterday, ot lots of things sorted, including washing baby clothes and starting to pack my hospital bag!
Planning another day of jobs today, last few bits to buy and lots of sorting and tidying to do - I think I might be in full nesting mode!!!
Hope you all have a good day

Morning ladies. Hope everyone is well. What do you all have planned for this weekend? Hopefully giving birth Hepburn, VE and BW!
Al- you sound way too productive! Glad you had a good day yesterday
Not much planned here. Probably go out with H and S this morning to see FIL and go to soft play. Weather due to be good tomorrow so might go out for the morning, then dinner at my parents. All fine baby wise. Scan on Tuesday and cons appt but diabetes Mw was happy with last weeks sugar levels.
Is anyone still shaving their legs? It's such hard work doing them, don't know that I can be bothered!
Have a good weekend everyone

WH - I am taking advantgae of the burst of my current energy and nesting - I am sure it wil run out soon and I will instead be snoozing on the sofa!!
Have a good day. Glad your sugar levels seem to be ok.
I am still shaving my legs, although I must admit not as often as I used to ... just hard work now!!
13/04/2013 at 09:22
Sorry i havnt been on much this week, seems to have been a busy one.
Alocin, hope you get all your jobs done.
WH, glad your sugar levels are ok, mine have mostly been fine, but think i overdid it at lunch yesterday as got an 8.1, oops. was a 1 off though. Iv been waxing my legs, as shaving is so hard with a bump.
AFM, baby must of moved positions yesterday as one side of my tummy was alot bigger than the other and it felt really tight and painful although overnight it doesnt feel so bad so maybe shes moved back.
Has everybody got there names sorted out yet? im still not 100% sure. think we will go with Lexi, but keep dithering. other contenders are Macy and Maisy. What do you think?
13/04/2013 at 10:30
Al - you sound extremely productive! Please send some motivation my way!
WH - good to hear that your sugar levels are ok. Sounds like you have a nice weekend planned. I can't wait for the sunshine forecast tomorrow! Am still shaving my legs but I must admit less often as it's quite a faff!
MrsC - we are having a nightmare agreeing on names! We have a list of our favourite boys and girls names but keep changing our minds on them! Hopefully we will have made a decision by the time baby arrives! Love the name Lexi which you think you will go with
AFM - Up early again after being woken by baby kicking! Went to the gym and tried to eat some breakfast but have just thrown it all up. Que log lecture from H about starting to take it easy. Dont think it was the gym that made me sick but more the gaviacon which I took straight before having my cereal. We have no plans for today, may go for a potter around Hampton Court if weather holds, and then lunch at friends tomorrow.
Have a good day all x

Morning all. Feeling sorry for myself as I'm having a very sicky day so far. Will try to come back later when I perk up a bit. Baby out vibes to VE and Hep x

Baby out vibes to all who need them!
Al - sounds like you are super organised!! Its good when you have that energy burst though.
WH - sounds like a nice chilled weekend. I am still shaving my legs, its the "lady garden" i struggle with cos i cant see it!! What does everyone else do? I could get a bikini wax but what about keeping the rest short??
Mrs C - its really uncomfy when they are in that position isnt it. I think mine turned the right way round yesterday as i had a bum shaped lump at the front which is usually at the side. Great news if she has turned but it gave me my first stretch mark in 2 pregnancies!! We have almost decided on names but keeping it secret! Love the name Maisie (of course!!). Thats my fave of the 3.
AFM - still have a bit of a dodgy tummy so not sure whats happening there! All shopping finished, H put crib together yesterday so just odds and ends to do now but i am saving sone things for early labour to keep me busy and mobile!! Had a lovely dinner out with mummy friends last night and got in at 11.30 - get me!! Just getting up now! My GP mummy friend predicted baby coming on Sunday!!!!
13/04/2013 at 10:41
Ferbs and Morph - hope you feel better soon. We are a poorly bunch today!!!
I forgot to say too that G got into her second choice school yesterday so chuffed with that! X

Alocin, well done for packing your bag. I really should start thinking about mine.
WH, I've still been shaving my legs but much less frequently. Not finding it too uncomfortable yet! Enjoy your day out. Hope you've recovered from S's puking incident!
MrsC, what did you eat before that reading? My H really isn't getting it and came home with a KFC for us last night. I CBA to cook mind so ate it and got a reading of 5.4 after! Even had a cheeky swig of Tango! I don't get it...
I think Macy goes best with Lexi.
We are 99.9% sure on names. It's only the boys one we wobble on but I'm happy with that one if we don't come up with anything else.
Ferbs, boo to the sick. I'm so impressed with your gym efforts. You are going to snap back into shape aren't you?
AFM, had insomnia last night and stayed up crocheting. Just volunteered to make christening blanket for my cousin so might pop out in a big for some wool. Need to write a pattern too as I am winging it a bit! Think Mr R is going to build the cot later too.
Hope you all have a good weekend.
13/04/2013 at 11:05
Al - Thanks for the vibes, I am still here! Sounds like a very productive weekend!
WH - I do my lower legs in the shower but it takes me ages
MrsC- Hope baby makes it into a comfy position and stays there! We're set on names now thankfully but keeping quiet! I like Maisy best out of those ones
Ferbs- Sorry you were sick, was prob the Gaviscon as you say. Hampton Court will be lovely if the weather holds.
Morph- Feel better lovely x
MM- Sounds like a great night last night and a fab lie in! Keep those legs crossed, no queue jumping allowed!!
AFM- Nothing to report. Baby still comfy. N is off swimming now with H so I'm planning a soak in the bath and some crochet. Then this arvo we'll go to the park and I need to buy a birthday pressie for a 3rd birthday party tomorrow. I've tried it all now to get this baby out and nothing has worked!! Come on baby!

13/04/2013 at 11:21
I promise not to queue jumo you Hep. Your need is far greater than mine!!! Xxx
13/04/2013 at 11:32
MM do you mean this Sunday?! Lots of baby out vibes to Hep and VE before then if your friend is right as there will be two very unhappy people gunning for you!!!!
Rusty, I would love to be able to spring back into shape but I very much doubt it! I only have to look at food and put on weight so gym is my way of controlling things. Am hoping that staying active will help with labour though and a quicker recovery
13/04/2013 at 12:43
Yeah this Sunday! I know i will have to cross my legs or cork it or something! I think Hep would hunt me down!
13/04/2013 at 13:47
Ferbs & Morph, sorry your feeling sick again.Hope you both feel better soon.
Maisie, is maisy your real name or a nickname? sorry your feeling sick too, maybe its the start of something?
Rusty, I had kfc too the other night and my reading was fine after, i just didnt eat many chips, only a few. I had a little bit of oasis yesterday, i looked at the bottle and it didnt have much sugar or carb wise in it i didnt think so thought it would be ok, obviously not. Wont be having that again, back to the diet vimto for me.
I have been doing a few extra tests and have discovered a 2 finger kitskat still only gives me a reading within the 5s, so when i want some sugar this is what il have.
Hep, babY out vibes to you
13/04/2013 at 14:52
No Maisie is just a nickname but i think its cute! X
13/04/2013 at 15:02
Good afternoon ladies, late one today as have been out and then had a nap!!
Alocin - Well done on all the sorting, it really does sound like nesting.
WH - good news re the readings. I epilate my legs but find they hardly grow when I am pregnant which is lucky, I only need to do them a handful of times all pregnancy. No idea how I would shave them now! Now bush tidying that is a desperate job!!
MrsC - I like Lexi to go with Isla, Maisy, too many of those bloody books so that name is over done in this household!!
Ferbs - the gym, wow, you are amazing!! I hope the vomit was a one off, poor you. Enjoy Hampton Court, I love going there but it is miles away so have only been a couple of times. H took me for my birthday a few years ago when the flower show was on and hid champagne and a gorgeous picnic in the car. I got tipsy and spent a fortune on a greenhouse! Happy days!!
Morph- I hope your day gets better.
MM- the dodgy stomach could be getting ready but don't you dare queue jump! Excellent news about G's school!
Rusty - the GD seems to have a mind of its own! H loves KFC, I can't stomach it even when not pregnant, one bone of contention in our house!! I'd love to see some of your crotcheting.
Hep - I hope the bath eased your aches, enjoy the park this arvo.
MM - we would both be hunting you down!!!
AFM - all fine, still feeling achey and fed up. Today we took I down to Flatford (Constable country) for a long walk and fed the ducks and took a photo of us in the same place we have each year, will post later. MIL had made a picnic which was so thoughtful. I is just waking up and I am taking her for a cake and play date. Ready to have the baby now so I hope the long slooow walk has helped.
Big hugs to all xx

MrsC- I love the name Maisie, if this one was pink and our good friends didn't already have one it'd be top of our list! Whoops re reading! I've stuck to diet drinks too. I did have a pizza last night but home cooked with loads of salad. Didn't do a reading til before lunch so not sure how high it would've been!
Ferbs- well done on the gym. What are you doing at the moment? My membership's been on hold this time as I was so paranoid about another mc and then prem delivery! Can't wait to get back on it though. Hope you're not sick again.
Morph- really feel for you. I can't imagine still having the ms as bad now as I did earlier on. Especially looking after your others!
MM- oooh, maybe you will be a bit of a queue jumper. Know you said you've had a lot o pressure. Great news re school. We find out Tuesday!
VE- sounds like you've had a lovely walk today. Hope it gets things moving!
Well we had a bit if a sicky moment earlier. Had just pulled into a car park when S was really sick for no apparent reason! Had to dash out and buy him a new outfit! He was fine once cleaned up thankfully! Have now had to clean the car out, just needs a Hoover now but it's bloody raining again! Still need to do my horse yet so hope it stops in a minute

WH, have had a programme set out by one of the instructors at the gym so try and do thatat least once a week and also some classes. Did spinning this morning and also do body pump but at a much lower intensity to what I was doing before. Two of the instructors at my gym are also pregnant so i've been getting good advice from them and as I did so much gym work before, it's been fairly easyfor me to keep it up.
After the rain hot hard all afternoon we didn't end up going to Hampton Court and instead was subjected to Homebase and Halford (...yawn...!) We then spent about 2 hours in Starbucks having coffee and cake going over endless baby names. I think we may nearly be there.... (but sorry, am keeping them quiet for now) No doubt we will change our minds by tomorrow!
