Sending lots of vibes for Bunny's Keira this morning, hope she is able to move to GOSH soon.
Had a lovely night last night, really good meal in a local Chinese and a quick drink with friends in our local afterwards followed by a nice lay in this morning. Looks like we are going to try and get to a pick your own place today before the weather turns, so hopefully lots of nice fruit and veg to come home with and it will keep the boys entertained for a few hours.
Finally sorted our girls' name for good last night - still no further with a boys' name so hoping it definitely is pink!

Morning Margot. Also thinking of Bunny this morning.
Sounds like a lovely weekend lined up. That's brilliant you've got your name decided! Exciting!
AFM - slept really well. Had about 7.5 hours with only 3 wee breaks, a huge improvement on the rest of the week! Today we're going to a gathering to celebrate our friends' wedding - they got married alone abroad in May so this is their UK celebration. Looking forward to socialising. I'm finding I get grumpy if I'm on my own for too long!! My bump is VERY itchy at the moment. I'm wondering if I'm starting to get stretch marks. Moisturising isn't helping so any tips on finding relief are welcome!

I've been awol for a few days as it wouldn't let me log in! And I've had a busy week!
Margot glad you've got your section date, I did see that the other day. Nice to have sorted your name, sure it's definitely a girl
PW woo to the good sleep. Have a good day today.
Afm midwife didnt know if baby is still breech or not n Tuesday?! So got a scan on Monday 5th to see and decide whether to try and turn or to book c-section. I'm still hopeful baby has or will turn. I've still had hiccups high up but fx

M - ooh, is it the name you originally wanted or a new entry?
PW - no advice for the bump, could it just be the heat? That seems to be my answer for everything at the moment.
Duckford - good luck for Monday, if baby is breech hopefully they can turn them.
AFM - Pampered Chef party was a success, had 7 people come which was actually a nice number as we could all fit round the table. Had a good giggle and some delicious cakes! My mum then offered to take Alex off to the stables and to my god sisters' birthday party and have him for the night and tomorrow so H and I now have an unexpected child free weekend! However, we don't know what to do! Nothing we fancy on at the cinema, bowling is the only thing we can think of but neither of us overly keen. Think we'll just go to a nice part of the coast for dinner. What did we do before we had children!?!
My mw friend had a prod of baby whilst here earlier, she thinks baby is oblique/breach and back to back. Not worried as still a while to go, but has made me think of my posture a lot.
Have a good evening all.

BG, we've gone full circle and ended up back at the name I've liked all along! Yay for a child free weekend, hope you find something nice to do - make the most of it!

M - nice to have agreed. On the very off chance she turns out to be a he, you can have my boys' names, Reuben and Nathaniel, both go well with J and J, I think.

Margot - sounds like a lovely relaxed weekend you have planned. Hope the pick your own went well. Nice to have the name sorted.
PW - yay for a good nights sleep. Hope bump stops itching soon. Does a relaxing bath help?
Duckford - fingers crossed that baby will turn x
BG - I would love a child free weekend. I've never been alone with H more than a few hrs since D was born. Hope you enjoy your meal out.
Afm - we attempted to take D to see the gruffalo's child but she lasted 20mins before it was too scary and demanded to go home. It was so hot in the theatre and she was exhausted from walking round town. Poor little girl. I feel properly broken today. Could barely move when we got back from town. Definitely finishing my hospital bag tomorrow just in case. The questions about "any twinges" have started!!! It's taking all my energy not to say f**k off. D was 11 days late and I'm only about 37 weeks now!

Daisy, I wouldn't blame you for telling people where to go. I keep getting comments about being late or early, and they keep on even when I tell them it's a planned section so out of my hands!
H has gone fishing here today, so just me and the boys. About to have sausage sandwiches for breakfast then a lazy day of doing jobs around the house, maybe a little walk later if the weather holds up so we all get some fresh air.

Sausage sandwich sounds lovely.
I am still very exhausted after yesterdays shopping trip. I could happily sleep all day today but got to go to H's nephew's first birthday party. H is doing diy so there is no way I'm getting a nap. Baby's movements have really slowed down today. Will keep an eye on it. Got growth scan in the morning so will definitely mention it to consultant. Finally got my bag packed. Just toiletries to get in.

Hi all - today is a great day for me! Mum and Stepdad are on their way over to take our son away on holiday for a few days. This gives me and hubby some quality time together before baby comes. Although hubby is working mostly during the day it means I get 'me' time. Amazing. It's been a long 2 years since I had that because I'm a SAHM so don't even get the 9-5 to escape!
My time will actually be spent tidying, sorting and packing things ahead of house move ( which will be October, but would rather get a head start now) and I may get my hair done or get a massage or something,
Roll on my lie-in tomorrow.
P.s - baby fine, but all movements are now huge and my entire stomach ripples and bulges!
