It's not something I had personally. But I'm sure it's just one of those pregnancy things. Nothing to worry about. Hope they go soon x

I suffer with migraines from time to time anyway. But during 1st tri - they were horrid with M, I didn't suffer so much this time. Have you tried 4Head or the cooling strips, those were the only things that took the edge off for me. Hopefully they will go soon. x

I had a fair few in 1st tri, and they were horrible. I actually think headaches are even worse than sickness. They do get better though! Just keep hydrated, take paracetamol if you think you need to and rest as much as you can. i had an ice pack on my head at one point That's the only thing I could do to help mine.

I had them too. I found water and a nap usually helped (not always possible at work I know).
Also, it might be worth getting a eye test if it keeps on. My eyes got worse during pregnancy and my optician told me they can change quite a bit during/after pregnancy.

Yes! Horrendous headaches!
Like you I eventually caved to paracetamol. Lying down, ice pack on head when at all possible. Lots of water.
I used that 4Head stick too, it helped marginally.
My sickness & headaches began easing at 18wks.
I know everyday feels an age at this stage but honestly it will pass. Massive hugs xx

I did, they were awful. I was taking paracetamol and using the cool and soothe migraine patches. I ended up having acupuncture as I was so miserable and it definitely helped.
