I thought as it had been so quiet around here a weekly thread for 1st Tri might work better until we have more people join us.
So far this week I've been trying some anti-sickness wrist bands that use an acupressure point on your wrist to stop morning sickness. I'be found that it doesn'to stop it completely but it does help to reduce it. I've also been drinking ginger tea and Dexter has taken a liking to having a ginger biscuit in bed with me in the morning.
The weather is rubbish here at the moment so struggling to go out for walks etc. This weekend we are off to Birmingham to meet up with a few friends and possibly go to the sea life centre or do a spot of shopping whilst we are there.
It's still ages until my 12 weeks scan. 11th Nov. this bit always seems to go the slowest doesnt it.
Hi to all who follow!

Hi Mummy, glad that the anti sickness bands are working, even if only a little bit, it's something isn't it. The 11th will soon be here!
AFM - Nausea kicked in yesterday for the first time, but today I've been ok, my boobs are so sore and I feel constantly tired. I get in from work and go straight to bed for an hour! I can't believe how quickly the symptoms come. I got a 3+ on a cbd last night which I was well chuffed about. Early scan is next Friday and it can't come quick enough!

Good to hear you are getting plenty of symptoms. I know that's a strange thing to say because they are normally unwelcome but in your case reassuring. I know what you mean about the tiredness. Luckily mine hasn't been as bad this time as I don't get chance to nap when looking after a little one. But I do go to bed a lot earlier this time xx

MS - I used the anti sickness bands with W, but they flat out wouldn't work this time! Glad you're getting some relief with them though! :-)
Claire - I'm pleased to hear your suffering (in the nicest possible way)
AFM - The whole of the admin team found out i was pregnant yesterday thanks to one bucket gubbed woman. Not impressed. I'm starting to feel better, went 3 or 4 days without throwing up then threw up this morning. Had a horrendous cold over the weekend, but i think it's slowly starting to fade now. Got my 12 week scan next Thursday which i'm looking forward to.
