Hi there Well I certainly felt bigger quicker with both second and third pregnancies, but must admit I didn't have pain,I would mantion it at appointment.
I think your body instantly thinks, hey I've done this before, and bam you look far gone before you were ready to share the happy news! CONGRATULATIONS I'm sure everything will be ok if your DD climbs on you,I cant avoid that with 2 very boisterous boys!!!!

I had pains with all my pregnancies. At the start I was worried, even fourth pregnancy I was worried, but it is just one of the symptoms that I had (plus extreme tiredness). My babies were all born overdue and healthy.
It is hard to avoid your child climbing on you, and it never did my or my unborn babies any harm, just don't let them bounce on your bump! If it feels sore, just move them. The unborn baby is very well protected in there - I fell on my front when I was about 4-5 months pregnant with Jack, and he was fine.
Try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy.
