Any 2nd tri ladies around? I haven't seen a thread for a while so just wondered if anyone fancied a general catch up?
Nausea and sickness seem to be tailing off for me which is good but a rotten nappy from S can still find me heaving into a nappy sack, bleurgh!
Have also had a rotten cold (avoided all colds when pg with S so this is unwelcome!) so 2nd tri hasn't got off to a great start lol!
How is everyone else?

I am coming down with a nasty cold also, so you have my sympathy.
Apart from that I'm feeling good and a lot less tired so trying to make the most of it and be productive.
I have my first Lazy Daisy class on Thursday which I am looking forward to ;-)

All good over here. We had a private sexing scan on Saturday and found out we are having a girl!! So happy about this and potentially at a risk of sounding a tad controversial, it was what we would have preferred....saying that, we would have loved a boy too but I did feel relived when she told us and I don't know if that was mainly because I couldn't think of it being anything other than a girl and was spending the last week telling myself it was a boy just in case!
Got our name down for the NHS parenting classes for Jan as midwife told me it books up really quickly but not sure about doing any other classes.
PC - nappy bags were my life saver in 1st Tri ! They were everywhere, bags, cars and pockets!
Hope you're both doing ok with your lurgy!!

Hi Ladies, I haven't been around much, I was on annual leave from work last week and I usually only get to pop on when I'm on my lunch break at work! Nothing much to report from me, I feel like I'm getting bigger, a few people have started noticing my bump, although still only people that know I'm pregnant, to the untrained eye it just looks like one too many slices of cake!
Also, it was our first wedding anniversary last week so we had a few relaxing days away in the lake district followed by 2 days decorating our kitchen/dining room! Quite scary that the next DIY job will be the nursery! 3 weeks today to 20 week scan, which I'm nervous about, I keep having negative thoughts that something's gone wrong as there's no sign of any movements yet!
PC - sorry to hear about the sickness, hope you don't have much longer to put up with it!
Miss Pickle - will be interested to hear about the lazy daisy class, I have been looking into them myself so your opinion would be good.
Tonka - Great news on the gender scan! Hope you're enjoying buying lots of pink! I've also put my name down for NHS classes but was told wouldn't hear about them until 30+ weeks.
Mrs Teddy Bear - great news on feeling baby move! Not so great news on the cold, seems everyone is suffering at the moment, I'm managing to avoid it for now!

Miss P sorry you have a cold too. It's rubbish when you can't take anything :( look forward to hearing how your lazy daisy class goes, I'm interested in doing something like that this time round.
Tonka congrats on finding out you're having a little girl, so exciting. We didn't find out with S and probably won't this time but I'm so rubbish at surprises, I'm desperate to know!
Mrs TB yay for feeling movement now, so lovely. I was 17 weeks when I first felt a tiny swoop with S but closer to 19 when it was more obvious. It's such a lovely feeling.
Woowoo lovely to have had a few days relaxing. I'm sure you will feel movement soon, it's early days x
Had such a great sleep last night, S slept fab (he's still asleep now, in fact) so I'm feeling much better today. Need to actually leave the house today, I've been inside since Sunday!
