To my knowledge.. That if you have tested positive with strep B then it should be well documented in your maternity notes an that you will be put on an antibiotic drip during labour.
Do stress this to to remind them just incase its been over looked!!
Quite a few of my friends have had to go through this!! I'm going to request to be tested myself as I can't believe it's not part of our routine pregnancy screening!!
For those who are not aware.. There is 2 tests available, NHS test an the ECM privet test which costs about £35 (I would suggest the privet ECM test as to my understanding it gives more of a definitive result)
I wouldn't imagine the pains you are having is due to this but just incase give your materniry/labour ward a ring to be on the safe side.

Aww thankyou so much I been to hostpital with the pains and they put me on a monitor and have me an internal but everything was okay..
The midwife gave me a swab early bwcause aonwtimes it can show in your urine and it hasn't so the swab shown positive and she gave me a call to get in touch with doctor.. And they put me on antibiotics and I think I gotta have them till I end the course of that and then get tested again to see if it is cleared...
i k ow I have to have IV drip straight away when I go into labour when I get to hostpital bacause I wanted a water birth but I can't now I can only normal birth Bwcause of drip...
i see midwife tomorrow to talk about it and about burth plan because she'll have to explain it all more to me...
