I'm 18 weeks pregnant on my first baby so everything is completely new to me.
In the last week I've been feeling really dizzy and weak, with several moments when I've almost fainted but luckily sat down pretty quick.
I swim twice a week and have since the beginning of my pregnancy, I always have a snack and some juice afterwards to give my energy a bit of a boost but I didn't even make it out of the changing rooms this week before I ended up sat on the floor.
It says on my app that this is to be expected but I feel so weak and tired, even standing for a short while leaves me feeling terrible. I have a very physical job in a kennels so am dreading working like this!
I'm wondering if it's because I need iron? I stopped taking an iron supplement in the beginning because it was making me be sick, I now take Folic Acid, Vitamin D and another Multi-vit supplement instead, but my sickness has completely stopped now so I'm open to trying iron again.
I've found an Iron and Vit C supplement which is small enough for me to take (I can't take large tablets without being sick), however there is also vit c in my multi-vit - I've been told by a fellow pregnant friend that you can't have too much vit c, is this true?
Will it hurt to just take the iron and see how it goes or should I see the doctor?
Any advice is welcome! Thank you

Def see a dr who will check bloods etc. Unfortunately for me with this pregnancy my bloods were all fine and it was just put down to pregnancy. I passed out twice, once at work.

Thanks for the advice Strangely today I've been to work and had an average day and not had one bout of dizziness and have just felt normal. Will book in with the doc, unfortunately I doubt I'll be able to get an appt. for a while but maybe by then I'll be able to see if it's a constant problem or just random (random may be just put down to the pregnancy I guess)
