Hi ladies just been reading the nutritional values of almonds and some other stuff like pumpkin seeds too, and they are amazing little gems jam packed full of essential vitamins, minerals and good stuff for us. I snack on them regularly but wanted to defo recommend to all as great for you and baby i'd advise reading up on it also they contain lots of zinc so good for our men if any of us are tcc in the future. Might be a good one to snack on in early pregnancy too to keep sickness at bay. Happy muching all ! xx
