Hi all - sorry me again!
Was just wondering if anyone had any experience of this. I feel absolutely wiped out. I go dizzy and I'm so pale I would put Casper the friendly ghost to shame and the minute I do anything I am exhausted. I thought it was just the after effects of the anesthetic but its getting worse.
Are iron tablets my only friend? Does this sound like anaemia? My mother is convinced that's what it is.
Thank you. (Again)

Sorry you're having such an awful time of it :( it does sound like it could be anaemia, symptoms can include feeling dizzy, lightheaded, tired, racing pulse, breathless, looking pale. I would request a blood test from gp first to make sure that's what it is so you know for definite and if it is anaemia so you know the dose of iron you need depending on how low your iron levels are. Hope you feel better soon x

I'd definitely go to the GPS to get checked over, hope you feel better soon x

Thank you both. I went for the blood tests for the miscarriage testing today and the woman said the dr had ordered a full blood count so will know something soon. I do seem to have most of those symptoms so wouldn't be surprised! Spinach for tea then - my mum has told me when she had it she had a pint of Guinness every night! X

Apparently champagne has more iron per ml than Guinness- any excuse! Hope you feel better soon.

Now that is my kind of medicine! They don't tell you that at the doctors! X

I've heard that broccoli is better than spinach! Hope you feel better soon.

Broccoli stir fry it is then! To be honest I'm not surprised as couldn't eat anything green in first three months. My body is craving veg and salad! X

Ooh champagne! I've been prescribed iron as I've been thoroughly knackered too - I'm taking spatone which is iron rich water, and can be bought in boots. Its helped me loads and ive only been taking it 3 days! Iron tablets can make you very constipated,

Ooh might get some of that bluewater - was a bit worried about that side effect - have spent the last three months being bunged up!! Champagne and spatone it is! Sounds like a posh mixer. X

Ooh didn't know that about champagne - any excuse ay! That's good you've already had bloods taken then, hopefully you'll get done answers soon.x

Best medicine I've ever had. Thank you CO. x

Sounds like anaemia to me. I had low iron last year and tbh I feel pretty knackered, dizzy etc myself so might get some iron supplements and see how I go.
Def get your bloods checked if they weren't done already.
