I tend to squeeze the cheeks, shove syringe in and then clap, cheer and offer Isaac a snack!
I used to think 'how can these parents say they can't get medicine into their children' as Lucas used to just take it fine, no issues at all....then Isaac created merry hell and spat his out constantly, he's a night mare and runs away when he sees the syringe, so we (well me as h can't do it!) just offer him it, he refuses so I squeeze his cheeks and fire it in, then just cuddle, clap, cheer etc!
L actually asks for medicine when he's not poorly
