Hello I'm 10 weeks, 6 days pregnant with my first child. Had a few problems earlier on with bleeding but scans showed everything was fine. From about week 6 morning sickness hit, but yesterday I woke up and nothing. Not even nausea. I woke up today and my sore boobs are back to pre pregnancy normal! I've got a slight ache in my tummy like a period pain. Is this normal? Thanks X

It can and can't be normal because around week 10 the hormones can regulate and you won't have as much symptoms or the intensity is less. I know people who woke up one day near 11 weeks and said the same as you and then it came back with a vengeance a few days later and they wish it was gone again lol.
I'm sure everything is okay :) I would take a cheap pregnancy test just to make sure it's still strong and not gone faint, just to make yourself feel better.
A doctor or midwife won't see you unless you've started to bleed and cramp with the loss of symptoms x

When I was pregnant with my first I had bleeding all the way through my pregnancy and no reason was ever found for it. Its stressful but my daughter is now 22 months old 😀 I would say though to grt checked out everytime you feel uneasy as I did. Was always at hospital or midewife office as needed reassurance.
Also I know a lot of my symptoms disappeared at 11 weeks so thats definitely normal.
I am now pregnant with baby number 2 (5 and a half weeks) and hoping this pregnancy isnt as bad with the bleeding

I agree with Charzz91.. It's perfectly normal for symtoms to start settling or even to come an go..
Try not to worry too much hun.. I'm pretty sure everything is ok!! If you feel worried you can always call the midwife.. They are totally understanding that pregnancy can be such a worrying time for Us Mummies to be an will be more then happy to help put you're mind at ease!! : )
Hope this pregnancy goes smoothly with no bleeding AngWass2 !! : )
