was just wondering if anyone has had this prescribed during pregnancy and how safe it is to take? i had it prescribed for a uti and was a bit wary of taking it

i've been on this antibiotic every day for the past 4 years (bladder condition) and am having to continue to take it throughout the pregnancy as the benifits outweigh the risk so your safe to take it as a short course for a UTI. your gp wouldnt of given it too you if it was bad.

just a warning, it will make your pee bright yellow, but dont worry about this, it is completely normal
