F's sleep has been getting worse and worse to the point where for the last week (I think, I've lost track of time) he has been waking every 45 minutes day and night. He is mostly difficult to get to sleep during the day but will go down quite easily at night and resettles quickly during the night if I get to him quickly. I'm exhausted and don't know what else to do. He doesn't sleep during the day in his pram or carseat the way he used to and tbh I'm too tired to be walking for hours on end trying to get him to sleep.Don't know how much longer I can survive without sleep!

How old is he? Have you watched him to see if you can work out why he is waking? With P we worked out it was silent reflux and she is now finally sleeping in the day.

He will be 14 weeks this Friday. He is on omeprazole for his reflux. I had increased the dose but this left him unable to sleep during the day at all so I have decreased it again. None of this has coincided with the increased waking. I will try watching him to see if I can see what is happening. What signs did you have of reflux in case the medicine doesn't have it under control? He doesn't wake crying but is definitely still tired. A quick google reveals it's quite common but no one seems to have a solution.

That is what P is now on and one of the side effects is changes in sleep pattern so i am guessing it may well be that. With P's reflux you can hear it come up and then she either chokes or coughs or swallows rapidly.
