Does anyone else still have pain so long after having the children? I never used to suffer really with back ache, but since having the children, my hips and by back, particularly when i'm lying in bed wreck. So i put it down to carry two children, especially two so close together as i never really gave my body chance to recover after having E before i was pregnant with S.

Yep. As you know P is same age as S and i still have a dreadful back. I had a bad back pre pregnancy, awful SPD/PGP during pregnancy and it's not really recovered again properly. If i sit/lay in a certain position for too long or move wrong, i'm in agony for days. Tbh it really worries me about having another BUT it's also a reason i want another sooner rather than later. I think my back is going to get worse as i get older so i figure that being younger will help get me through it. I mean to go to an oesteo and get some treatment but i never get the time. You have my sympathy.

I'm nearly 10 months after delivery and I'm still suffering. I've seen a physio and osteo too and it's not helped all that much. I'm hoping it'll just settle on it's own, but I'm scared of having a second too as you can't put a bump down to get a break... Sympathy vibes from me too.

I'm so glad it's not just me. It does really worry me, i'm trying to lose weight in an effort to ease the pain, and i'm trying to increase my exercise to see if that helps. But nothing seems to, i feel like an old lady and i aren't even 30. I also sometimes wonder whether having the spinal when i had my c-sections could be part of the problem, but i don't think that it would affect my hips. Having babies are worth everything though i guess, including all the aches and pains you get afterwards.
