My thoughts exactly! Haha
Hi, was wondering if you could share your bedtime routines/timing for your babies at 12 weeks ish. We are still all over the place in the day with feeding and napping so I can't get my head around the idea of a set bedtime! He's still waking 2-4 hourly for feeds and is generally quite unsettled from 3am ish...yawn! It seems babies are either sleeping through by now or very erratic like my monkey! Please tell me they do sleep longer eventually!? Help! Thanks ladies x

Hahaha! I know, thought it was an apt emoticon for how I feel! Stupid inability to write a proper 1st post from my phone!

Honestly we don't have one, everything seems to vary. D actually did really well with her sleep between 7-11 weeks when she would sleep for 9-10 hours, since the growth spurt at 12 weeks her bedtime has got earlier but she is doing 1 or 2 feeds. She is 13 weeks now

I didn't get a proper routine until my daughter was 6 months old in preparation for me going back to work. Before this I just went with what my daughter wanted. So I fed on demand & put her down to sleep when she needed it. It was usually around 10pm-1am when she was around 12 weeks old. But really depended on the day

A is 12 weeks and we don't really have a routine. She feeds about every 2 hours in the day so it makes trying to time anything, let alone a bedtime, quite hit and miss. We tend to put her down any time between 9.30pm and 11pm dependi g on how quickly she feeds and how easily she goes down for the night. I've tried enforcing a bedtime on her, but she's not really having it.

I have the same problem with my phone ho hum....
Routine wise E is starting to sleep earlier so she goes from 8 or 9 till 2 ish but then is very lightly sleeping and will wake again maybe 4 ish then wide awake at 7. So not much better here! I am so usef to it now though it doesnt bother me too much. So she is sleeping longer but not in the rigjt direction!!
